Good location. Parking at night when they host an event in the restaurant or at the meetings hall can be a challenge, otherwise OK. The breakfest is superb. the dinners in the restaurant were delicious, as well as their locally brewed bier on-tap. There is some exercise equipment in each room. Comfortable bed. Nice stay. I came here 2-3 times per year in the past 3 years, so that is says all.

There could be a small fidge in the rooms. That is all I am missing.

Difficult to check in late. There is a machine outside but it is very slow to use and it failed to provide an access card. I had to ring the bell for a while before I got a response from the night staff and was let into the hotel, but to be fair this was about 1am because my flight had been delayed. There was only one pillow on the bed and it was not very comfortable. The mattress was good, the problem was the pillow.

Location is great, friendly staff, nicely decorated room, comfortable bathroom, safe parking in the underground parking (with a free EV-charger as an extra big plus). Their beer (from their own brewery) is very nice!

If any, it would be no air con (room got a bit warm) and the bed is a bit to hard for my preference.

Staff was so helpful, polite, responsive, friendly. Million billion thanks to all staff. Great location, clean room, very comfortable bathroom. Definitely will choose the same hotel next time. So lovely, friendly atmosphere

No mini fridge, but thats ok, some noice at night time, I guess it is from heating system, but the rest was amazing

The room is clean. We had teapot and some instant cofee. We have found some sport equipment in the room. It is about 40 mins to KoelnMesse by car, so was good as a last backup option.

The pillow was really below expectation. It is better to change it. Communication via booking was unclear. I had to contact via direct email.

The room was very spacious. Kettle with instant coffee and tea in the room. There was a yoga mat in the room.

The breakfast. For the price, there was very little choice, and it didn't look very appealing. It's definitely not worth it.

The hotel was very clean and modern, good rooms and very well equipment. And a very good check-in/check-out.

The room was very clean, and equipped with a floor-standing fan which was very necessary at night! The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection. The hotel is situated close to the station, and near to the pedestrian area of the town.

they gave me a room in the back side of the hotel so the view wan not good . but i think if the room was in the other side im sure the view will be better

warm at night, my skin was too dry and no bodymilk available. Restaurant closed on Monday evening. Restaurant was almost empty on workdays....
