The breakfast was good and our room was large and more than adequate. The bathroom was large comparing with other hotels with plenty of room for toiletries.

The very small space for hanging clothes, if you were staying one night it is fine but we were staying 4 nights and it was not large enough. The car parking charge, although this was mentioned on the Booking.com site it was right down the bottom which I took no notice of. There was no free parking near the hotel as it was on a dual carriageway and there is no way of avoiding the charge so you need to facture the charge in with the cost of your room if travelling by car, we have visited this hotel on two previous occasions and not been charged for parking. The room was not service during our 4 day stay no toilet rolls supplied, we had to ask, no bins emptied etc.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It was just PERFECT with great breakfast, bed, hot shower, cleanliness, but above all, the most professional and friendly STAFF made our stay PERFECT!! We cannot thank them enough with words. They were simply most helpful and thoughtful. This hotel is run by a really caring team from the beginning (we came here for the first time when they just opened the hotel). STRONGLY recommended to stay here for leisure as well as for business.

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the beginning. it was a great experience, staff was nice and helpful, Internet worked well, the rooms were clean and confortable. Very quiet at night. You can get a great night of sleep. Breakfast was amazing too. Quite a lot of variety and staff were constantly checking that all trays were full. I booked this hotel for convenience for a meeting int he area and it ended up being a great experience for me and my work colleagues.

Nothing - it was absolutely perfect

We stayed at this hotel because it was only 30 minutes or so from Köln and the hotels near Köln are so expensive during Gamescom. The hotel is 2 years old, modern and bright and the rooms were extremely clean. All Staff were very very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included in the price and very reasonable. They even have coffee, cappuccino etc drinks to go. I cannot really say a negative thing about this hotel. Very reasonably priced if you using this as a base in which to explore the surrounding areas. Will definitely consider this in the future.

The location but then my sat nav needed updating. Other than that, nothing negative to report.

We used the hotel for a short stay on our trip. We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast.

The only negative point was a hammering sound from a distance that woke me up early in the morning and I could not sleep any more. It was very weak but continuous. I am unsure if this was a one-time thing or if it would be there later when you visit the hotel! I should say that the sound isolation was fine as our room was next to the motorway and we could not hear passing cars. But that sound was annoying!

This hotel is extremely good value for the money. Everything felt super fresh and clean, it must be newly built. The rooms weren't very big, as expected for this price, but very well equipped with AC, nice bathroom, good wifi, modern smart-TV with built-in chromecast, both usb C and A in the outlet etc. The common areas were also nice including a hotel bar. The fact that both a good breakfast and parking was included in the price is incredible. The staff were also very nice

For this price, nothing could have been better I think, it outlived my expectations. In many ways it feels like a 4-star hotel apart from maybe a mini-bar lacking in the room and not a huge breakfast.

Breakfast was very good it was replenished often and the content was as you expect in this type of hotel. The beds were comfortable and the toilet and shower facilities were fine. Climate control was excellent which we needed as the temperature outside was approaching 30 degrees.

We could not stop water from the shower escaping onto the bathroom floor even though we had the shower head pointing to the wall. We quickly ran out of tea, coffee and powdered milk. Some more available at reception or where the drinks dispenser was would have been good. Could not get the drinks dispenser to work.

My family and I were passing through Remscheid. It was late after midnight, but luckily we were able to book a room at the Holiday Inn Express. There were no problems with check-in, friendly staff is at your disposal 24 hours. We were provided with two completely clean and well-designed rooms. Very comfortable beds - just what you need after a long trip. Our children were very happy! We also had our dog with us, who loved the soft floor in the room! Breakfast was great! German punctuality and politeness are amazing! Next time we will definitely stay here! I recommend!

Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast is not bad at all, also with take-away options for food and coffee. All of the staff we contacted were extremely polite and helpful. Overall a great choice on a value price.

The location for Dusselford Mese is not exactly ideal (about 45-50 minutes to drive) but it was mostly highway driving. The housekeeping cleaned the room every two days which is OK, I just would want to be informed about it.

Super clean, super new and really comfy beds. The rooms are totally insulated, so you hear nothing. The hotel is right next to a very busy road, but you don't hear anything. The hotel looks like it was built yesterday. Clean carpets, spotless bathrooms and a great bar downstairs make this the place to be if you have to be in Remscheid.

Remscheid is a horrible town. It's depressing, dreary and the traffic is horrible. NOBODY should ever go there unless they have to for work. I had to go there, and thank goodness this hotel was available.
