Very charming hotel at a very central location in the village. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicer than we expected. Of course, the pillows were normal German standard, so not very supportive. Great bathroom. The restaurant was excellent! The staff was attentive and pleasant and very nice to talk to. The food was very good and solid wine options. A vegan menu with three courses was very delicious and you can also take just one or two of them.

Not a lot of space for parking - but we got a space. The village is very quiet and not a lot is going on, which was good for us.

The location of the Hotel is city center. Quality of service and food are outstanding! The sauna is on the 7th floor, very new, clean and with an outside terrace overlooking the old town. The restaurant is one of the best in the city, in a beautiful old setting. I have also asked for help with lost and found, within days I received my property back home.

Parking facilities: there is a parking lot about 500m away and there are 5-6 places directly at the hotel. Luckily you can park for free between 6pm and 9am in the street. Being on a business trip that was perfect.

Stayed here as a one night stop over, Beautiful town , hotel was located in the centre , no problem parking. Had a fantastic evening meal. Would stay here again.

Excellent breakfast with first class service

We had to walk from a carpark as spaces outside hotel were full. We are elderly and had a case but we managed!

Like literally living in a fairy tale, such a beautiful hotel in an incredible historic town. We had the best meal of our trip in the restaurant, great breakfast as well…

The suite was an amazing room! Very comfortable bed and bathroom.

I had to come back from the airport of dortmund, they forgot to call me when i left my bag in the restaurant. I would have appreciated the care. I stayed there 3 or 4 times

Nice hotel located in the centre of town opposite the lake. Everything in walking distance. Car parking facilities. good sized room.

sofa bed could be a bit more comfortable (a bit small).

Lovely setting with buzzing bars and restaurants. Easy to find close to motorway. Good breakfast.
