Budget accommodation in a convenient location, 5 minutes from the train station. The room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was perfect for me. From what I could see, it was mainly working people staying here who got up early and were not noisy in the evening. The furniture was old (the bed wasn't), which didn't bother me, but I know some people did. In fact, I would accept some of this old furniture for my home.

In the bathroom there were a few foreign hairs on the floor, but that's why you have to wear slippers when you stay in a hotel.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, very close to the railway station. They are providing free coffee, tea, a water bottle, and earplugs. The mattress was very comfortable.

The railway station is too close, so it is making noise. The faucet in the bathroom has a weird old connection option. The room has only one small wall lamp on one side of the bed.

Had stayed at the Stadt in double room with partner few days earlier and everything was fine, I had to stay a little longer in Gutersloh so booked the single room for.myself this time. The location is perfect, in the centre, many restaurants, takeaways, shops, etc, and even small.pub/bar across the road from main entrance. The single room was just as good, clean, warm and welcoming. The staff as usual were very friendly and helpful - and I like the fact there is a coffee/tea making facility in reception to make your own drinks whenever you wish - no additional cost, whenever you wish during your stay 🙂

We enjoyed the location, the member of staff on reception was very friendly and helpful even coming to our room to sort out the TV when it wouldn't work, even offering to put us in another room for the inconvenience, but she persisted and got it going for us anyway. In the foyer of the hotel was hot drinks facilities to have whenever want. The room was large and clean. We had breakfast there, paying the additional fees for this but it was very nice, great amounts and varieties of choices of food and drink. Only good words for the friendly staff and the hotel itself.

It was a big room I stayed during my visit. Everything was clean and all the facilities where there. You are very close to the center so you could walk to some nice restaurants or do some shopping. Very friendly staff and the private parking was a big plus. The hotel is close to the train tracks but the noise wasn't bothering me.

The bathroom was a little outdated and could've used an update. The shower was really annoying to use. One time it's too hot and the other time too cold.

Great choice for breakfast nice rooms walking distance into town and to the train station or bus station. Loads of bars and restaurants locally very clean town.

I didn't see any nightclubs local to the town but I'm more into the bar culture. But this has nothing to do with the hotel,and would be happy to stay here again 5* from me.

Clean , helpful staff and location was good , central to most things

Paid for a breakfast to try, for the money very disappointing, been to plenty of other places and had a far better deal, wasn’t much of a variety considering the cost

The hotel was located near the center of town. The room was spacious though perhaps a little dated, it's was clean but the bathroom was in need of modernising.

It would have been handy to have had its own car park.

The location was excellent as we were attending a funeral of a dear friend in Guetersloh. All in all the the stay was memorable.

On arrival there was no one in the Hotel, Evidently the hotel had sent us instructions on how to enter the hotel but we did not receive the instructions, eventually we managed to contact them and gained entry.

Location was good, very near the station, although as the station was closed for rebuilding, I arrived and departed by replacement bus. I had breakfast, which was ok. The town centre was rather nice as the Christmas Market was on.
