It is a small hotel, B&B style, with friendly staff and very comfortable. The breakfast was good, with all the expected options. The indoor pool was good and we have not used the sauna, which ist optional with a fee. I found the option to buy beverages and prepare a tee at the common space a good idea. The city offers plenty of good restaurants (Capri was excellent) and charming cafes, in addition there is a supermarket in the city of Sankt Andreasberg. We could easily park in front of the hotel.

I understand the energy costs issues, but maybe the indoor pool could be 2 or 3 degrees warmer.

Hotel was in the cozy town of Sankt Andreasberg. There are nearby shops, restaurants and other places of amusement (hiking trails, sledding slopes, etc). Room was cleaned daily by a really nice lady and every morning we were served with an awesome breakfast spread in their breakfast room which has a very beautiful view. The owners are lovely and very attentive. From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, they have been nothing but gracious. We felt like we visited family. This hotel has exceeded all our expectations!

Wifi login screen is a little annoying because you’d have to login several times a day. For VPN users it causes extra friction.

Fantastic stay, very comfortable, good breakfast, strong Wi-Fi connection, very spacious and a fire place makes it even more cosy and comfortable. We are a family of three, my wife, our 6 year old son and I - visited this place for a casual weekend trip, the place has a lot of attractions nearby to offer, plenty of hiking trails which we really enjoyed (thanks to the weather). There’s a supermarket nearby, just around 10 mins walk and has all the basic necessities - it closes by 8pm which is a bit of a bummer imo.

The host was very accommodating and kind. The breakfast was good. I also liked that they have an indoor pool, though unfortunately, we were not able to use it. The garden view was also beautiful. Highly recommend the place. :)

The Hotel was very nice, clean, and spacious. The host is very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was excellent and the pool is a big plus. We will recommend this Hotel and come back.

Nice family-run hotel. Excellent breakfast with carefully selected options. the rooms are spacious with a nice balcony and with a garden. The swimming pool is a plus! we all enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was very nice. Kids enjoyed time in the swimming pool.

45min away from where most of the attractions were that we planned to see.

The service is top notch, very lovely breakfast buffet, super comfortable room, gave us an overall homey feeling!
