Nice location of the hotel, super friendly staff, big & quiet rooms, comfortable bed, everything very clean, very good internet connection

The interior of the rooms is a little bit outdated but wasn’t too important anyways

After five days of cycling the sauna was the perfect reset. Staff was incredibly friendly and fun as well.

The room was nice and big and the bed was comfy despite the kinda old furniture. There was also a nice bar down stairs where you can have a drink at late night. The parking garage is clean and safe for the cars and we got it for free as a kind gesture from the hotel.

The breakfast was okay, but a bit overpriced for what you get; On the booking app, it mentions you can opt-in for breakfast for only 18 euros per person and you can pay it there. So I've the breakfast on the first day and just registered at the restaurant door and we were surprised that it's for 23.5 euros for each person while doing the checkout. Also during the checkout time, there was only one employee on the reception desk so I have to wait for longer while doing the checkout.

Very conveniently located; just outside the city but close enough to walk to it over the bridge. Enjoyed watching ships pass in the river so very glad we opted for the view.

We didn't care for the beds (they were a bit hard) and was told upon checkout that mattress toppers are available. This information would have been good to know sooner. Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced in my opinion but seems on par with other places we stayed.

The employees are very friendly! The restaurant was much better than I was expecting with very large portions and delicious cocktails. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and our room had a lovely view.

Nothing I didn’t like, we have stayed here a couple of times now as a halfway stop to our destination and we love it

You have, and have always had a great staff. They really helped me in a tight situation. A big "Thank you" to everyone.

It's time to upgrade the TV sets and the cable programming. Also, make sure that the HDMI connection is accessible to the guests.

The room is of a reasonable size, and the overall environment is comfortable and well-maintained.

The mattress appears to be rather old, with noticeable sagging and unevenness that affects back support and comfort.

Never heard of Schweinfurt, but it is a nice little town at the Main river. Hotel lovely situated at an island in the river, just 5 minutes walk from downtown. Perfect room with huge Kings bed.
