Location! In the old town part of Schweinfurt, super conveniently located to all the shops/ restaurants, the river, historic city walks. Perfect for our purposes. Very friendly staff (although front desk is only occupied briefly in the mornings)

Steep stairs to get to the room. The hotel IS located in a beautifully remodeled historic building, I get that, but the stairs could be a problem for an older/ feeble guest. Not a ton of closet/ storage space in our room (it was a tiny room, but there are bigger ones). Front desk only occupied briefly in the am, but was not an issue for us.

Modern quiet room. I really loved the big shower and the general atmosphere of the hote, peaceful and relaxingl. The location is also super: near different kind of restaurants and café. We arrived late and we found the keys of the room and of the garage in a small safe by the entrance and the procedure is really easy.I really think I will go back one day.

location is great. beds are comfortable. clean and nice little hotel.

would be nice if the rooms were equipped with an electric water kettle and some basic tea/coffee service since there isn’t a reception or lounge area where one can get one. it’s not a deal breaker since it’s a relatively short walk to find a cafe, but when traveling with kids it is nice to have that stay in option. was a little loud at night with people drinking or talking on the street outside until quite late.

Please make it more clear on your web page that there is no elevator and the stairs up to the rooms are many and steep. I was well able to manage but my local relative was unable to come to the room as he couldn’t climb the stairs.

Great downtown location. Quiet and clean.

Communication was a little difficult, because I never once saw a person. I replied to a email with a question about parking but didn’t hear back until the next day. Making it too late to use the parking services they’d recommended.

Great location and cosy room. Very clean, good shower and very nice bed. Incredibly quiet at night. Will book again.

A shame that you cannot get a cup of coffee, and that the room does not offer a fridge

Super clean and everything there that would be needed for a stay. The location is absolutely amazing. Thank you for the fan, it was a hot day and night.

That the cleaning lady didn’t lock up our hotel room, meaning anyone could of went into our room the whole day, that is not acceptable

Staff was very flexible and helpful, the rooms were fantastic with a lot of space and wonderful feel. Great shower and outlets. The location is also perfect right off the city square.

Beautiful, comfortable, separate bathroom, microwave. Honestly, we'd stay there again any time.

It was pretty warm in the room, and you could only see the whole TV from the table, not the couch or the bed. But that's really minor.
