The two women we encountered at reception were lovely. The sauna is really nice and the breakfast buffet is good as well. The beds were comfortable and the location is only about a 10-minute walk from the center of Bansin and the Baltic Sea. The price is decent for the off-season. The room we stayed in needs to be renovated. It was stuffy and smelled a bit. You can also hear everything that is happening in the corridors, which isn’t good if you’re a light sleeper. There was a dog in our building which barked a lot in the late evening and early morning. I don’t know how the hotel would control it, but guests shouldn’t bring their animals if they behave like this.

The hotel is within walking distance of Bansin rail station, bus station, supermarkets and beach. It has rental bicycles, an inner and an outside pool and 3 saunas at different temperatures. You can book massages at the spa. The breakfast buffet is lavish. There was a fridge in the room. Lots of amenities under one roof.

I had a corner room with little direct sunlight. The decor was rather drab with massive dark furniture and off-white walls.

it’s a very quiet location, away from the bustle but still within walking distance to the center. breakfast was good, and I like the halb pension option - as sometimes you just don’t feel like going to a restaurant and ordering.

Great location. Nice, good equipped and clean rooms.

All receptionists in 4* hotel can not speak english. Was not offered breakfast to go (packeted) when leaving before official start of breakfast time.
