We had an exceptional good stay in Bansin. The hotel is very family orientated with the apartment being tidy and spacious and lovely equipped with everything you could need. The personell was very friendly and always helpful. What we enjoyed most was the breakfast with a lot of options, juice, coffee, tea, different kinds of milk, freshly prepared scrambled or fried eggs, a variety of bread and rolls and a lot of different snacks. The breakfast cafeteria was huge with an extra space for children to play.

If I have to mention something it would be the very soft mattress.

- perfectly located, very close to the seafront and the beach, but on a quiet street, large parking right next to the building - nice breakfast selection - friendly staff - easy check-in and check-out process (although it would be nice to get at least some informations in English, without need to translate everything)

- horrible entrance doors to the rooms, lacking any kind of insulation. In result, all the noise from the corridor gets directly into the apartment and you get the impression, that all these people (with their kids and pets) are just marching through your space.

Outstanding staff! Very helpful and well organized. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The zoo is a super nice addition to it all. We could even see the monkeys from our balcony. :) the breakfast buffet has daily changing food options and is of very good quality. We definitely are planning on coming back here.

The pillows were flat. After 2 nights our necks were hurting. The mattresses did feel worn down as well.

It was very spacious, quite and with a great breakfast.

The refrigerator was hard to open and close.
