Our stay was fantastic! The location was unexpectedly great and much better than other areas of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, with a special thanks to Piotr at the reception. However, it would be nice if some basic English were spoken by the ladies at the night bar and during breakfast. The room was fine, and the view, although not a sea view, was still pleasant. As for the TV, I'm not sure why it's there at all ;) Overall, everything was good!

The elevator! It was a major issue during our stay. Only one lift was working, and during the morning hours, there were many guests on all floors trying to get down. It was very frustrating—I spent 10 minutes just trying to get from breakfast back to my room on the last morning. This situation was far from ideal. Please either repair the second elevator or upgrade the current one to better handle the traffic.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful views of the sea, great breakfast, friendly and professional staff.

Not the fault of the hotel, but musicians play at the bandstand and beside the hotel on the street until 10pm and it's SO LOUD. Even with windows closed it sounds like they're in the room with you lol. Probably not an annoyance for most, but with small children trying to sleep, it's a nightmare. This happened to us when we visited in May this year for 2 nights, and again in September. Something to consider if you want a quiet break.

I had a fantastic time celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, including the sauna, swimming pool, restaurants, and massage services. The reception and breakfast were perfect, and the massage was the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back!

For summer, I only missed a fan or Ac.

Modern and spacious room and facility. Great breakfast with a range of choices and ideal times for visitors who like to be early or like to sleep in. Modern pool and spa area. And location is in the heart of Bansin's coastal line. Dinner in their restaurant was enjoyable and delicious.

People on reception are not able to speak English. All documents are only in German. It was very uncomfortable. Due to family issue we have to left hotel earlier ... no one offer us some discount ...

Great pool, good breakfast, close beach.

Queues for breakfast - no need to lead every guest to the table. Problem with communication in English. Every piece of furniture on the room´s balcony was wobbly. Three days full ashtray. Early morning big noise. Quite expensive parking with sophisticated electronic technology, but the underground garage door opens with a rope in the 21st century. :-)

We loved the room. We had a big junior suit with sea view and it was great. The food was good and the staff very attentive and friendly.

Maybe the variation of food. We had the same menu at dinner two days in a row, but it was still very good.

Modern hotel with good sized rooms right on the seafront with a a large parking garage in the basement.

The internet connection was a bit patchy.
