Good location, nice apartment with a good kitchen and kitchen ware.

Understaffed as so many hotels. Did ask for cleaning (which is charged extra for the apartments) but hotel forgot to clean. Some of the automatic windows were broken and have not been repaired. Caution, if you need a dark room to sleep then it’s not for you - not all windows can be fully covered. Bathroom is not really thought through, you are certain to flood it.

Location was prime. Short walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the staff didnt seem well prepared for an English speaking guest. I approached the counter with my passport and asked to be checked-in. Apparently he seemed confused or lacked experience with English speaking guests. My wife dose speak German, however nothing was said to us that she could have helped clear up... we were told to wait with no explanation; was there an error with our reservation? After waiting another staff member was able to assist us in checking in, as everything was in order. However there was a lack of information about the facility (as we were staying in the villa). We were not informed where the pool was located of when the restaurants serve breakfast. In turn, we didn't use any of the facilities on site.... however the parking information was helpful.

Awesome villa, pretty rooms, excellent location. Trip back in time, to a different era. Wow. Excellent breakfast, fine dining. Balcony in room 313 has amazing views to Ostsee.

The pool and the sauna was very good and clean. Water was warm and perfect for my daughter to swim.

Very old furniture in the room and the shampoo was run out and even I noticed the reception was not changed.

The location was very convenient between the beach and the train station and had many restaurants around. The amenity of using the spa was really nice. The bathroom was very clean and spacious.

The carpets and curtains could have been cleaner, getting services at the reception always had long queues and it seems that the reception was understaffed.

In the center of Herringsdorf. Very clean and renowated old style room with big windows.i recommend to stay.

The parking was not offered from the hotel. we wanted to book in advance but the parking spots were fully booked. They need to increase their parking spots

Furniture and deco of room was slightly worn..sauna was not so wonderfully designed as expected

We loved everything. Staff were friendly, room was clean and warm . We loved sauna and pool.
