Our stay at Lufthansa Seeheim was once again an great experience. The staff was amazing as always—friendly, highly empathetic, and truly going above and beyond. On our last visit, we traveled with our disabled dog, and their support made all the difference. From helping us find the most accessible room to ensuring our dog was as comfortable as possible, their kindness and attentiveness were remarkable. The quality of service was exactly as expected—top-notch—but it’s this personal touch that makes every stay uniquely special. Thank you, Lufthansa Seeheim , for always making us feel so welcome .

Location and the special Lufthansa atmosphere. Located in the hills with forrests around it offers great views from its terrace and opportunities for a relaxing walk in the environment. The Lufthansa atmosphere is one of a kind. It’s a conference hotel, so very much business minded. Don’t expect romantic or baroque style, its modern, design and industrialist.

Bathroom sanitation. We’ve been here several times before and sanitation was always great. This time our shower showed quite some stains and moldy spots. The rest of the room, and the rest of the hotel, were all spotless, as we expect from this hotel. The second dinner buffet was a bit of a dissapointment. Partly a matter of taste, but meat-wise, only pork-based dishes. The first night we had a nice variety, beef, pork, fish and chicken based stuff.

Lufthansa Seeheim is truly an elite hotel! From the moment you step into the entrance, the atmosphere feels luxurious and welcoming. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. The spa and fitness facilities are outstanding—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast is top-notch, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that set the standard for an elite hotel experience.

We stayed here our last night before departing from Frankfurt airport, and it was perfect. The hotel is modern and clean, the service is excellent, parking is free, and breakfast is included (i.e., free). In fact, the breakfast is one of the best breakfasts we've had and a huge value to staying at the property. We highly recommend this hotel as a stopover near Frankfurt.

Check-in process was a little cumbersome, as they didn't have our reservation correct, but they fixed it quickly.

Good environment, on a hill surrounded by forest, a lot of nature hideouts to enjoy the nature, jogging path and bicycle service are available for active people. Very convenient shuttle bus between the hotel and Frankfurt international airport. Trams also available going between Darmstadt city and between towns. Rooms are tidy and clean, buffet breakfast is good.

A bit lack of welcoming for travellers, this property seems mostly used as a conference center, the front desk is a bit cold. For traveler who doesn’t drive, a 800m hill road is something have to take between the hotel and the closest public transportation.

Very modern, stylish, professional, and cool-high-tech location. Great facilities, modern conferencing rooms, great view to inspire strategic thinking.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Consider using the free transfer bus from Frankfurt Airport, or a taxi. Do NOT try to walk from the tram station with luggage unless you want to combine it with a workout, it's 800m uphill. On the other hand it's great for team building - no chance for groups of people to set off to explore the local nightlife - unless they happen to be chiropterologists. :)

Clean, easy check in, decent buffet restaurant on site, elaborate breakfast, a few minutes from the autobahn, great views, parking garage with EV chargers, decent beds.

Fantastic to have a parking garage onsite with EV charging, but why make the turns so unnecessarily narrow? There is ample space, but wide curbs make the entrance narrower than it has to be, easily damaging your rims.

Sauna and small gym, good breakfast. Very clean efficient.

Breakfast hall is very modern, unfriendly hall, looks like a corporate office. Not really nice to relax. Overall the architecture is not really a place you would want to stay at for more than 3 nights, but the surrounding and facilities are good and clean.

Area was lovely. Beautiful view from your window. Quite remote location, which was peaceful but hard to get food at 11pm. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Mini fridge would be a bonus. We travel with medication that needs to be kept in a fridge so to have one in our room would be helpful

The hotel is nice, the pool, sauna and gym area are really high quality. There is ample parking

The buffet closes at 9 which seems early, I’m not sure it is necessary to have luggage trolleys and lockers that are operated with small plastic coins. The internet is truly terrible and there is very little phone signal. The internet drops out a lot and sometimes doesn’t connect. Not ideal for a congress hotel
