The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The bed size was horrible. Coming from the UK, I least expected the bed size for the amount paid for two nights. I suppose I'm accustomed to the standards of hotels in the UK, Canada, and the USA. It was my first ever hotel stay in Germany, and it didn't meet my expectations at all. There was no fridge or iron, but the kind staff lent me one when I asked; additionally, the pool was extremely cold, as if it were under construction.

The swimming pool was lovely. Free parking was excellent. The buffet breakfast was tasty. The room was quiet and we slept well. The temperature was perfect for sleeping.

The key card was very tricky to use. One card didn't work at all. The other worked maybe one time in every ten attempts. It would have been extremely annoying if we'd been staying longer. The room was 204.

I had an excellent stay here. The hotel was easy to find and I loved the view from my 6th floor room. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. Too often hot plate food is lukewarm — not in this hotel! It was hot!

This is not a complaint but perhaps some maps of the town could be available given that the tourist office seems to close at 17.00.

Perfect position in the town for where we need to be. Comfortable beds ..great breakfast. Refurbished rooms are lovely.new bathrooms are great.Coffee machine aswell. Only thing missing from the room is a fridge.

Stayed here overnight for a work trip, the rooms were sufficient for a night stay over. But what was absolutely stellar was the breakfast options, one of the best I have had in Germany.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room very pleasant.

It would have been even nicer if the bar had been open.

Location is near the city centre. Breakfast was good. Staff were cooperative.

Breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff very accommodating. Great swimming pool open from 7am - 10 pm

Infrastructure is somewhat old and the canalization breaths a foul in the bathroom. No AC in my room directly besides very busy street, so opening the windows was also too loud.
