Bed was comfortable, staff was super friendly, rooms were reasonably well equipped, hotel is walking distance from the center of Siegen.

There was no safe in my room. My friends had a safe in the room that didn't work. The parking place was completely full and rather narrow with the result that someone had driven into my car when leaving the hotel. This person caused for almost 5000 Euro damage to my car. The culprit drove away without notifying the hotel and without note on my window. Unfortunately the hotel has no cameras on the parking lot. So it was a bad surprise in the end.

Convenient but quite pricey on site parking. A 20 minute walk from the old town, about 10 minutes more up to the Upper Castle. Comfortable room and a good breakfast bar. Sensible idea that your room doesn't get "made up" if you don't require it (we had a 2 night stay).

Minor thing: our room was advertised as having a "city view" - which was of the main road running West out of town. Fortunately the sound insultation was so good we didn't hear the traffic.

The hotel is modern and provides all facilities needed. The privat parking is spacious and perfect for SUVs . The rooms are not very large but fully adequate for a few days stay. My bed was 1.8 m wide which was ok for me , but some people prefer 1.8 m beds. The bath with a shower is comfortable. The rooms are completey sound proof. No traffic noise!!! The staff was professional and friendly. A small hick-up was solved in real time . A good value for money.

Staff at the reception was very friendly, the room was nice and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were both very spacious.

I do not really have any complaints, I needed it the stay as a last minute thing therefore it was a bit pricey but considering my situation and the availability around this was just perfect.

In general all was OK. I would prefer larger choice for breakfast / = eggs not only scrambled, but .. /. City Siegen is interesting. There are different dining possibilities. There is a downtown, historical buildings and on. Train Station. Quite practical choice.

Car Parking at hotel for extra costs. There is P+R possibility nearbay. But if rain than it poses some complications.

The ladies at reception were extremely helpful and friendly, one of the best experiences, since I had to book something urgently at night, they were very supportive and helpful with doing everything swiftly. Great breakfast, great stuff and service, definitely recommend!

Staff very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in this hotel many times before and this time the wifi was very poor. All TV’s at breakfast hall are always on German channels. If this facility is part of an international chain then it should cater for other languages like English which most people speak.

Friendly employees, clean, modern hotel. Delicious food in the bar and the breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend if you are in Siegen.

Not the hotel's fault but I had difficulty being comfortable in the bed with my spine injury. Bed was a bit too firm and I only had two small pillows.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, the staff was very nice and courteous. The room was very clean, and there was a great continental breakfast included

There was no place at the hotel parking, this should be better communicated about possible parking reservations, or at least limited amount of places, so there is no unpleasant surprises at arrival.
