Ideally located across the street from Stralsund Hbf. The check-in was simple and the room was nicely appointed. There was even a small balcony. The room was also very clean and a small bottle of water was included. This is a great touch. The lighting in the bathroom was bright, and cozy and relaxing in the room itself.

A few things weren't in perfect working order. The soap holder in the shower was loose, so my soap often fell on the floor and there was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom.

The location is perfect - close to the train station, a nice comfortable walk to the city center. The room was pristine clean and the bed was really comfortable. Hotel is family owned and you can tell by the details and the care to the detail.

Reception closes pretty early (19h) and they do not work on Sunday, so we could not leave our backpacks there and come back to pick them up after having breakfast and coffee on our last day, we had to take them with us.

The location of the hotel is exactly opposite to Hauptbahnhof and near to bus stops, that makes it easy to commute. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had a good stay.

1. The shower door wasn’t closing properly and due to that, all the water was coming out on the floor. In short, the bathroom floor was all wet after showering. 2. The toilet is exactly opposite to the wash basin and there is very little space between both so it’s uncomfortable for some people.

The location can't be beat. The room had a sun nook which was really pleasant, and a view of the train station and the rising moon above it. Lovely at any time of day.

There was a loud beeping-booping sound from outside. With the windows closed you could hardly hear it, but while getting my dose of sea air I was jolted several times by this mysterious, extremely loud noise from the street.

The hotel is located next to the main railway station and very close to the old town and all the main attractions of the town, but the sourrandings are not noisy at all. It is located in an old tenement house, which is beautifully renovated. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts are very tasty and good. The hotel has its parking (additional payment, but not that expensive) so the guests do not have to worry to find parking place on the street. The location is really good base for day trips to see the beautifull Rugen island.

Hotel is in a good, convenient location. Although there is no A/C the rooms are fairly cold anyway (a fan is provided). The rooms also seems to be fairly recently refurbished so condition is good overall (2024).

Pillows are a bit strange (seems like a German thing?) in that they are very big and have to be folded up. I would suggest the hotel replaces these with standard size pillows.

We loved the place and furnishing, it was amazing, clean and surprisingly spacy. Prize versus service absolutely great. Placement of hotel is near centre and near main train station, very convenient. Personel wa kind and smiley first day, second day not so much but also polite.

Beautiful old building in a great location! Situated between the train station and the old town. Easy to catch a train from Stralsund to Rügen to explore the island. Clean and comfortable. After-hours check-in with the key box went smoothly.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, great location next to the station, good value for money. Electric water kettle and instant coffee, sugar, milk and tea bags available!

There is a gap between the shower doors, so the whole floor gets wet after showering. But hey, it dries overnight. And the rest of the stay and all other things in the room were fantastic! 👍🏻

The hotel is located just a pleasant walk across the bridge to the old town. It is pretty aged but all facilities are functional and well appointed. We didn't have breakfast but all looked good. Just across the road they have their own car park.
