It is right on the water with a great view, 5 min taxi ride from train station. very quiet. 3 min. walk to the theater (was there for a show) The buffet breakfast was very good. Lunch was very good. Best vegan burger I have ever had, it just tasted like a fancy tasty sandwhich rather than a meat substitute, Restaurant, bar, and reception staff were polite and very accomodating

I asked for a special needs accomodation well ahead of time and it was granted but when I arrived they had no record of it. BUT they made every effort to fix the problem and they did.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location for the old town, restaurants, the old harbour, walks….The staff were delightful- warm and welcoming as well as very efficient. We booked a sea view which was beautiful and had a cooling breeze to help with sleep on warm nights. We have been to this hotel several times and would not hesitate to return.

We would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room otherwise it was perfect!

The staff were great and the hotel has a fantastic location. The room with sea-view are definitely worth the extra cost. Restaurant on site and middle-eastern and italian places near by. WE booked for 1 night and stayed 3 and were swtill a little sad to be leaving. The craft beers that they have for sale are delicious. We will be back.

comfort of room was not good, very very hot; suggest management to close curtains to avoid direct sun when rooms are not occupied and/or leave windows open to circulate air

I enjoyed staying in the hotel. Outstanding service, everyone was very friendly and professional. I liked the breakfast, the quality of food proves the 4 stars they have. I would also mark the quality of the bathroom separately.

The single room was a bit disappointing in terms of size (very tiny) but it was ok as I didn't spend much time there. The small but important thing: almost no cosmetic stuff in the bathroom, just the very chip liquid soap. For 4 stars it's really strange. And the bath towels were very small although of good quality. Very nice place to stay for 1-3 nights. Hope to come again when I am in Stralsund.

Great location, friendly staff, convenient on-site parking. Room in the Annex was clean, functional and quiet. Good breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom was not enough - I found it uncomfortable to shave in that half-light.

Nice hotel, close to the waterfront, good breakfast. Walking distance to everything in the town. Great place to start from when discovering Rügen and its surroundings.

Minus - we lived in the Annex, across the street from the hotel itself. But it was quiet and a bit from their restaurant, so perhaps a blessing in disguise.

Gorgeous building, nice staff, great location, nice to have the coffee roasters on site. Would have been nicer to have a fridge and coffee machine or water kettle in the room.

The shower had a fixture containing the knobs that sticks out into the already small space -- you bump into it very easily.
