The room was large and very clean. It had a large bathroom and this was also very clean. The location is very good and in the centre of Suhl.

The bathroom toiletries are very basic and sparse.....I stayed for 4 nights and there was 1 very small piece of soap. That was it! More toiletries would be nice. Also the bar on the ground floor is closed. If you want a drink in the hotel you have to go to the main restaurant at the top of the hotel. This is not a problem but it feels cold and odd........it could be really nice as it has great views and location but is lacking in atmosphere and not really a bar.

Super nice hotel in the middle of Suhl, great place to stay if you are visiting Thuringen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super nice room with view, located on the 10th floor. Cold beverages available from fridge in corridor free of charge, which was very nice on the warm day I visited Suhl. Parking close by, in garage next door. Hotel stay entitles you to discount prices at local attractions. Splendid breakfast with very big selection available.

Nothing, everything was really great.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Suhl. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious and in good conditions. The breakfast on the 16th floor offers a decent food selection and an amazing view. Nice detail is that on each floor there is a fridge with free soft drink. Just beside the hotel is an indoor water park for which you can get discounted tickets at the hotel reception.

Not really an issue, but the room isn't the most modern - but well maintained and in a good state

The view from our room was nice. We could see over the city. We were on the 15th floor. Breakfast was good. A wide variety of German fare. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathroom was a good size too. Parking was convenient. It was in the parkhaus right next to the hotel.

they have the "Sedici" restaurant: I would suggest to have an English version of the menu. For people that have a limited knowledge of German, could be a problem to find the right meal....

Easy check-in. Parking good. Great City View (wish the windows would open) Room was big.

Bath/Shower is outdated. A nice walk-In shower would be preferred.

NIce breakfast with fresh salmon and herring. Good location to the restaurant and shopping center.

We like the clean room and cleanness of the whole hotel. The dinner in the restaurant was so tasty! Also the breakfast totally met our expectations. The view from the 16th floor is amazing!

We didn't like the attitude of a young girl receptionist at that day. She didn't speak or didn't want to speak English with me. And when we came we had to wait her finish smoking for 5 min. At that time she was just watching us standing at the reception desk. Maybe its normal, but I met such situation the first time while travelling. It was too disrespectful.
