Very cozy apartment . That was good to have a fridge, kettle, plates and glasses. 2 large supermarkets are a 10-minute walk away. comfortable bed nice bathroom

the white room is ready for occupancy later than the check-in time. there is a coffee machine, but how it works and with which capsules only God knows)) I tried 4 different types, nothing worked. advice to travelers - immediately drink coffee in another place. it would be very convenient to put a broom and dustpan in the corridor, because you bring a lot of sand with you...)

Easy check-in with lockbox code sent immediately, which was great since we made a last minute day-of booking. A coffee maker and 2 pods were included. It was very clean and well-outfitted with lots of towels and some dishes, mini fridge etc.

The mattresses were not very comfortable, felt quite worn out and saggy in the middle. Half the room was under the slanted roof, so one person had to duck to get to their side of the bed, because we are both over 180cm tall. Only 1 key provided, which was ok for us, as we would have stayed together anyway, but could be problematic for some situations.

Great location, great communication with the owners, top service. We had a perfect stay.

Room was small but all the needed amenities. For the relation price/quality it was good and the only negative thing I would have to say is that the people on the phone could be more friendly. Anything else was positive.

EXTREMELY loud neighbours, mold in the bathroom, unfriendly owners, finding the entry is like an escape room, not even soap in the bathroom, you can't close the shower(!), the windows don't properly open, the sugar for the "coffeemaker" is so old that it was a hard, bringing the trash out or you have to pay 30€ (..) absolutely not worth the money, it's rediculous

The house lacked basic facilities that one would typically expect, such as a decent coffee machine, a microwave oven, or even a hairdryer. There wasn’t any hand soap for washing hands or dish soap for cleaning dishes. To add to the inconvenience, there was only a teaspoon of coffee powder left, giving the impression that the absolute bare minimum had been done. Throughout the stay, there was an overwhelming sense of being unwelcome, as if guests were not valued. When I tried to contact the staff by phone, my calls were never answered. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.

Large room

No lights on front porch, fumbling for a key in their padlock boxes in the dark. $500 penalty for lost key, but the padlock with the key was not locked. Anyone could have taken the key before I arrived and cost me $500 penalty. Safe was broken - not working, no batteries. No toilet paper!!! Dirty towels!!! NOT CLEANED: poo and pee all over the toilet, sink dirty, shower dirty, bed dirty, sand everywhere in the bed and all over floors everywhere, bloody fluid stains on used bedsheets. Disgusting!!! No coffee, tea, sugar, creamer first night. Coffee maker broke second night. Shower is either ice-cold lava-hot. Overhead shower full of calcium, only gave water after I spent 10 minutes cleaning the rubber nipples. NOT MY JOB! Neighbor was locked out all night, slept in her Mercedes, still by 10:30 morning no answer from hotel.
