Great location Room was clean and spacey. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful Buffet was good with plenty of choices Good parking space We got an upgrade for the room - thank you so much for that!!!! Since the trip was a gift for my Mom's 75th birthday, she was really thrilled, especially since we could see some ocean from the balcony

The shower was a bit old and the shower head kept slipping down the pole and didn't stay in the right position (minor inconvenience)

Excellent location next to the beach, large rooms, very good breakfast, bath robes and towels nice addition when going for a dip in the sea.

The lhotel seems to greet mostly German tourists, so all the correspondance is by default in German, which is not self-evident. Also, when getting replies in English, these seem to be mostly pre-written templates, so can cause some confusion.

The wellness area is really not charming, no intimacy at the pool, pool water too cold, whirlpool was closed due to environmental reasons and there was no information about it at booking.com so we expected to be able to use it, the steam sauna is really uncomfortable as well, all in all we spent 15mins in the wellness/pool area and decided to go back to the room to take a hot shower instead

We pass here once a year. The location is excellent, the place very welcoming with very nice and helpful staff. The spa services are good and the beach is two minutes walk away. Excellent breakfast.

The only minus is sound isolation, which is poor, but on the other hand, the guests have always behaved in a civilised manner when we have been there, so it has not been a major problem.

The sound proofing between the corridor and the rooms is rather poor.

My family and I stayed here as we needed to visit for a somber occasion. The staff went above and beyond, upgraded our rooms, were just so so kind and respectful and helped in any way they could. The hotel itself was gorgeous, so clean, excellent breakfast and perfect location. Thank you for making our trip for such a sad reason become such a comfortable and lovely stay.

No air conditioner, bathroom is very small

The staff are very accommodating and the hotel ambiance is very welcoming.

Having a water cooker for coffee or tee in the room would be nice.
