The location is nice, the staff are friendly, it is clean and comfy and the room was spacious and cool just as in the photos 😍 Everything was just perfect also the breakfast was in a nice Hall with outdoor seating with the lake view and the options are good.

Only one thing was a bit confusing with the drinks menu in the room, for red wine there were 2 prices for both sizes, for white wine only one price and i only saw a large bottle so assumed the price was for the large bottle which seemed acceptable giving that the actual price of the bottle in supermarket is 5€ so 6.5€ seemed okay. But ended up paying 28€ for it.

Having a kitchen saved is a ton of money! We were able to make a quick stop at Schmidt's, my new favorite grocery store, and pick up all the fixings for Black Forest Ham and cheese sandwiches, potatoes, Spätzle and Jägerschnitzel! Sick a heart experience! H The ladies in housekeeping were lovely,as well as everyone else at the hotel. They did my laundry for only $13€ per bag! We had already been traveling over a week, so that was great! And a decent price!!

The large studio we had was on two floors with a half spiral, slippery staircase down to the bedroom. Luckily I had a pair of almost new shoes that I could wear inside.

We were there at Alemannenhof boutique hotel only for a night, but it left a wonderful impression on us. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted kindly by the receptionist who gave us clear directions to the studio apartment house uphill which had it's own garage for parking. The studio was spacious and the interior was a perfect balance of modern and rustic. The view of the lake through the windows was mesmerizing even on a gray rainy winter day. We received a cute little breakfast basket early in the morning. Later we went to the main building for an amazing breakfast. Overall we left the hotel very satisfied.

We love the location and the hotel’s style. We have stayed before in the studios up the hill but this time we had a room with a balcony in the main building. Beautiful side view of the lake and environs and no steep walk up the hill after dinner and breakfast. Breakfast is fantastic. Eggs etc are cooked to order and the buffet is massive. We ate dinner at the hotel every night even though it is expensive because the quality and service is so good. Swimming pool is small but very pleasant as is the sauna. We haven’t been brave enough to swim in the lake yet! The walk into the small tourist town of Titisee is easy and if you prefer to catch the bus the hotel gives you a free pass for regional buses.

A kettle or coffee maker in the room would be nice.

Room was very space and cosy with access to terrace. Very quiet and no problem to walk 300 meters to the hotel. Very appreciated gesture with small pre-breakfast served at the doorstep in the morning as well a the small gestures for the dog (though you pay a fee. of 19€). Breakfast fantastic with personal service.

The prices of drinks or especially local wines/spirits in the Bar is exorbitant, sometimes mark-up x10 compared to street prices. A pity and pershaps the reason why not many used the Bar.

View Breakfast (missed some sweet cakes only) Cleanliness The whole building made of wood is cosy and make us feel very confortable. The building is well mantained.

The shower area looks like a glassbox and does not have a door to close. There is no way to avoid splashing water over the Bathroom floor. A flaw in the design of the shower, but this really did not affect our stay, just used some towels to keep the floor dry.

Hotel is wonderful, positioned directly on lake, nice views, modern functional rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff, nice little tub-sauna and indoor-pool,10 min walk to Titisee shopping area. We will come again.

Wish they would make it a non-smoker hotel. Currently, smoking is allowed on all balconies which can be annoying for non-smokers. Suggestion would be to allow smoking only on balconies of the rooms on the sides of the hotel (which still have a side lake view), but keep the rooms/balconies with front-lake view entirely smoke-free!

The breakfast is so delicious and it has many variations. I just missed some cakes but otherwise it is very good. The large studio has an amazing view from the lake and the forest, we enjoyed it a lot. I find so sweet that they bring in the morning a box with some amenities for a fast breakfast. The employees are friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bite hard for us and the mattress was a bit old with some shape from other guests...

We opted for a self-contained room which was very large (two floors, balcony, etc.) for a two night stay. The views were stunning, comfort superb, excellent shower-room. In the main building there is a small indoor swimming pool (used once) and also sauna facilities (not used). Wonderful restaurant including superb breakfasts, friendly staff (almost faultless English :)), excellent location. A fair walk along the lake to local holiday town.

Whilst warned that our accommodation is situated 300mtrs from the main hotel/restaurant, this was a very steep climb. This is not a criticism, merely a warning to others. This stretched our holiday budget (especially with two restaurant dinners incl. wine) but that was our choice.

Perfect location directlyon the lake, exactly 1.5km to the center of town. Easy walk towards the camp ground for around the lake trail. Room was nice, comfortable bed, large shower, mini fridge, tv. The nightly dinner was amazing! Thank you Chef. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Couldn't get in contact with the spa service people. This was after Christmas holiday in December.
