you have everything you need, so much to do in the wellness but also the facilities and to enjoy the time with family/friends. I loved that you have different areas in the wellness, saunas, food supply area with fruit, water, thee.. the panorama pool but also the inside pool, you can order cocktails everywhere. Play billiard, ping pong, card games in the reception with a cozy cheminee.. Whatelse you need? I’ve been there for the 3rd time and always enjoyed fully. And not to forget: the food is also delicious, dinner time is always nice and tasty. Not to mention the breakfast. Amazing omelette and salty/sweet choice. Crispy and salty bacon. Love it ❤️ The highlight though are the people working there. Ever since I have visited Saigerhöh I have seen the same, lovely and sunny people. This is a good signs!

some parts do be renewed like the room. But you can notice that whey are working hard on it. The bathroom for instance was pretty new.

We were immediately greeted by reception staff and given a welcome drink as we looked over spa and menu options, then informed we were given a free upgrade on our room (perks of early season!). I really wish i could remember the name of the gentlemen who checked us in, he was so nice and helpful. He gave us a tour of the facilities before showing us to our room. He even personally delivered spa shoes to our room when i said i would be coming by the front desk to rent some. The pools and saunas were amazing! For those who might feel uncomfortable in traditional saunas, you can wear your swimsuit in the outdoor sauna. The breakfast was great! So many options for all types of dietary needs. Plenty of plant milks, butter, breads, jams, juices, etc. we definitely enjoyed breakfast! We had only booked one night, but decided to stay one more because we enjoyed our time there so much. Another staff member (her name might've been Crista or Caitlin? Started with a C) was also incredibly kind and helped influence our decision to stay another night. When you have so many positive interactions with the staff, it truly can make a difference. I won't be forgetting those beautiful views any time soon and hope i get the chance to return in the future and take advantage of the massage services!

I was bummed that there weren't any vegan dinner options, since the hotel is so big on being green. Though you can contact ahead of time to arrange special diets.

Very attentive and reactive staff. Very clean and good facilities, not so crowded too Great and a huge variety of breakfast They even gave us an upgrade to supreme room with a balcony and amazing views of the city

The restaurant and sauna closes at the same time, this caused a very rushed situation. There should be some buffer time between the two. The shower in the sauna level wasn't ready, so we had to always go to the pool shower after sauna which added extra logistics. The beds in the room weren't comfortable, they were made of springs and didn't help me get a good sleep

Excellent location, great views. Infinity pool was amazing, warm waters and excellent views. Best thing, open from 7am till 10pm. We booked half boarding, which I recommend.

Internet speed was awful. We booked a longer stay, hoping to work for a couple of days. This didn't happen, as WiFi was subpar, and GSM connectivity in the area is also not so good.

The hotel is nestled atop a hill with a lovely view. Infinity heated pool is a big attraction. Indoor pool and sauna also available and relaxing. Breakfast was fabulous with a full spread of all you could wish for and dinner - 5 courses each night! Don’t forget apero in the Stübli.

Spa would benefit from a facelift and additional treatment options although the treatment rooms themselves looked well equipped. My wife had a great facial!

Very nice place, the heated outdoor pool is fantastic! Food was amazing, especially the dinners were very good. Quiet place, very nice Mountain/Forest View, nice spa, beautiful indoor and outdoor heated pools, we enjoyed our time there! It is also close to Titisee which we had a short boat tour. The cleanliness was very good, the bathroom, towels, bathrobes amazingly clean, soft white towels are heavenly. We also got a massage which was professional and relaxing.

As usual, I don’t like the beds, there are twin beds and not a double bed, beds are small and not really comfortable, pillows are weird and not giving enough neck support, bedsheets are cotton and super clean/white but a bit too rough. I prefer cotton satin which is softer and silky. If the beds were more comfortable I could totally spend a whole week there.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and immaculate! The view of the valley below and the forest surrounding was much prettier than shown. We enjoyed just relaxing on the terrace to soak it all in. Besides the pools and other activities offered at the hotel, there are also hiking trails immediately available. The meals were outstanding! We opted to have both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, so we were able to just relax and enjoy the food and service.

No complains of any kind.

The outside / frontage and reception were dated and In need of renovation The room decor and bedroom was not great value for money and needed upgrading considering the standard of the leisure part / rest of the hotel

Very nice wellness hotel with a beautiful view. The food was very good and the staff were excellant. We had a new room with a small balcony (all the rooms have a view). Overall it was a lovely weekend.

The hotel is a bit spread out and the spa area doesn't flow very nicely, the outdoor pool is in a separate location (to take advantage of the view) with the indoor pool and spa area in another building accessed through a tunnel.

Nice SPA/pool(s). The room was quite large with a beautiful view of the forest. Absolutely silent at night. Nice modern bathroom with a large rainfall water head.

They did works in the morning. Service for dinner was confusing: we had 4 different waiters, and it took a total of 2.5 hours. Service was polite, but confused (ie we had to make 3 separate requests for water).
