Room was spacious and reasonably clean, some dust in the usual places. The furniture is a bit dated but of good quality and in good shape. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is perfect if traveling by train or bus.

Cutlery and glasses in the breakfast room were not so clean. Ok breakfast buffet.

Super helpful owner/staff, very generous and accommodating. This is a quieter location than the main Lake Titisee 'resprt', but you can catch the train to Titisee 50m from the Hotel. Neustadt is quiet and has a good choice of restaurants and cafes - we ate well and walked well.

It was an excellent location near the train + bus. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a day out .The room was nice with a comfortable bed. If In the area I would stay again.

There was no tea / coffee making facilities for an early morning drink.

Room size and interior was very good. Staff were friendly Balcony was big with nice view. If not for shower cubicle size and breakfast menu, I would give 5 rating. Comfortable stay.

Shower cubicle was too narrow and unconfortable. With every turn I was banging the walls. Breakfast menu is too limited.

Small family tradionnal hotel from the black forrest. The breakfast was included in the price. The room size was rather big as much as the bed.

It's an old-fashioned hotel with limited renovations. Some rooms are in front of the train stations with related noise. The price was rather up even if it was summertime regarding the overall experience.

Hotel is well established - but looks tired Building work was underway - so hopefully will improve. Land lady was very kind - beers to order !

Looks run down Bed mattress was very worn out ! Restaurant shut on our visit

Staff were great, location to local bars,restarants was good, good breakfast. secure parking if required.
