This hotel is fantastic! It is a quite comfortable hotel with the most friendly and caring staff we have ever seen. The room we had was very comfortable and rather spacious. The hotel has a very well maintained swimming pool, sauna and steam bath and other wellness facilities. The breakfast was very good and we would especially recommend to join their dinner opportunities: the cook is a real artist! We certainly will come back (more than once).

Room was clean and with a lot of space. Restaurant and breakfast were good. People are really kind and helpful. Parking place free and with lots of available places

The only thing that was missing was the eating on as I was arriving at night (22:00) and there were outside less than 5 degrees so the first night I needed to sleep with 3 heavy sheets 😁

The hotel is greatly located for all activities around Willingen. It is luxuous, confortable, with a wonderful 'all you can eat' breakfast. The half board is affordable and delicious. The bedroom was large, confortable, clean, warm and well-equipped. It was quite and with a nice balcony. The oasis with sauna, hammam, large swimming pool,... is the center of the hotel equipment. We really enjoyed to relax overthere after a long day outside. The personnel is, in general, kind and is paying attention to your needs. Only 2 staff members during dinner were more 'cold' and not talking a single word of English, French or Dutch. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the warm welcome during the check-in, the complete personnel during the breakfast all along our stay, and at check-out. The large parking is big enough to welcome guests cars. The cherry on the cake, is the 'meine card' which is offered all along your stay for free activities in the surroundings of Willingen (Mini-golf, museums, cable cars,...).

English could be improved from some of the staff personnel, especially for a 4 star hotel. Nothing else to be added to negative points.

Room was large and comfortable, but slightly dated. Free parking right by the front door.

An incredibly confusing layout. I co stantly got lost. An unfriendly barman, and a bar seating area with no atmosphere. Unbeknownst to me there was a lively town with lots of hotels and restaurants just down the road. I wish I had stayed there.
