The room was very clean. Good temperature, Friendly staff, they even called me before with some necessary information. Hospitality is very good. The breakfast was amazing and there were enough choices !! Pancakes were the best I ever tasted. The swimmingpool was good and clean. I love the sauna and solarium. We will return ! My daughter enjoyed the PS5.

No restaurant in the evening and for diner. But the staff explained it to us and we understood. And luckily there were enough choices of restaurants in the neighborhood..

Super friendly staff (and spoke English well!). The room was great. The location is walking distance to downtown and the pedestrian zone. They offered free passes to the pool and the gym. We used the gym, but it is a short walk across the parking lot. The gym facilities are first class. Lastly they have an outstanding breakfast buffet. Thanks for a great stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show us around, explain everything in (very good!) English and answer all our questions. We even got a free room upgrade so our son got to play on the playstation in the room.

Some parts of the hotel are slightly outdated. However, you can see everything is well maintained, so its not something to worry about as a guest.

I recommend this place, really 👌 also free hot breakfast. Not all Hotel give free nothing anymore. Everything was perfect

Very friendly staff, breakfast nice, but I have to write about the pool. The kids just loved it. There is even a toboggan, which is not very steep so I wasn't afraid to leave the kids there alone and enjoy a calm swim by myself. :) Simply perfect!

Great hotel, super friendly staff, the accommodation perfect for children as well as adults and a nice breakfast. Beautiful rooms.

Nice lounge area were we could sit in the evening and enjoy a drink. There is a fridge with self service. Very nice and affordable prices.

Advised Netflix on the room wasn't working, but I was not willing to report it to the desk at 10p.m when I found out.
