The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Even though most of them don't speak English well but they really make sure they assist you on everything you need. It is a very nice hotel to just relax and enjoy the spa facilities. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.

We had to commit to buffet dinner (which of course meant we overate!!) it was fine but not memorable and therefore overpriced. Outside swimming area was swarming with wasps at every corner of the pool. Waited a long time for drinks to be served in the afternoon.

The hotel personnel were very friendly, especially the young man at the reception. Spa area was very nice with great saunas, pools and beautiful views.

The value/price ratio of the dinner could be a bit better.

Great location ideal for anyone keen on cycling, horse riding or running, excellent pool and spa areas, although not an area where english is widely spoken the staff went out of their way to help, would highly recommend and will visit again

Some staff members seemed overwhelmed, they tried their best but sometimes nobody checked on us for a while or we were even forgotten. Some of the dishes for dinner were missing some taste.

The hotel had a lovely pool area, perfect for enjoying the sun and the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. The bar also had a diverse drink menu at reasonable prices, and free parking was a convenient perk.

The outdated rooms lacking air-conditioning were a letdown, especially during warm nights. The absence of quality toiletries was noticeable, as a single soap for hands, hair, and face fell short of expectations for a spa resort. Additionally, the expensive dinner buffet at €49 per person did not match the overall experience.

It's very expensive. We expected a bigger room with a comfy bed. While booking, we requested a room near the elevator, but we had gotten the furthest room. To reach there, we had to walk and climb many stairs. For dinner, there is only a buffet option and a highly expensive, with only one vegetarian dish in the main course.

Nice property and amenities.

The room smelled like smoke. Dinner buffet atrocious. Charged 49 Euros for food from freezer. Cheap quality and definitely not wellness driven as the hotel falsely promotes. Wine cost more than a fancy restaurant.
