The breakfast and dinner buffet is very good and well organized. Lots of things for kids including a large jumping castle/games area/pool. It's also right on the slopes WHEN there is snow. Nice balcony with a view. Short walk to the middle of town.

The pool is a little on the small side and gets busy. Also this year the water was colder for some reason... We were very unlucky with only one day of skiing due to lack of snow! But Winterburg was only 30 min drive away and they still had plenty of snow. No tea/coffee-making facility in the room.

Great location, amenities, food, and rooms. Very comfortable stay and easy access to the slopes and attractions around. The indoor pool and buffet breakfast were a big hit with the kids.

Whilst most of the staff were nice we had some unpleasant experience with a few others.

The hotel is beautiful and located in a stunning place. The room is comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is a perfect .There’s no need to leave the hotel for other activities because it has everything— a cinema, swimming pool, sauna, disco, and restaurants.

Family room was pretty cramped for 5 people. Bad coffee and only instant in room. Quite expensive for what you get, though we still had a good time.

Our room was clean and neat. Breakfast buffet had many varieties which was nice.

Willingen is very popular with Dutch people. It would be nice if the signs, menus, etc. in the hotel were provided also in Dutch or English. Also, lagune pool was closed during our stay (late Feb. 2023) which was a disappointment for our children. Breakfast had very limited options for vegetarians and vegans. I'd expect more veggies and fruits.

It is a well maintained hotel that consists of services you would expect to spend great time there with family (big spacious rooms, pool, sauna, Italian trattoria for dinner, good choice for breakfast)

Great location, 5 mins walk to piste. Loved the pool and Spa area. Family room was really spacious.

Parking was challenging as was very busy weekend in Willingen.

Hotel room was really clean, and room was big enough. Outside was amazing and lot of attractions was in nearby.

There was a good choice on the breakfast menu if you left breakfast hungry that would be your own fault. The food was laid out in two different areas so access was easy.I would have prefered to have salt and pepper on the table instead of having to get it from the servery.

Me and my friend where not well enough prepared in terms of corona registrations et cetera. The front office staff was very kind and helpful and guided us through the process of getting things right. Awesome. The rooms was a little outdated, but nevertheless very comfy. Dinner was good, with a variety in choices. The pool was nice for some relaxation after skiing.

One day cleaning staff missed/forgot/passed our room for cleaning leaving, but this was corrected the next day. Drinks were not included with dinner and were a tad expensive, some tap water on the table would've been nice.
