We had a separate bed instead of a foldable coach we initially booked, which was very nice and saved us quite the hassle. The bathroom was very comfortable and the shower very hot. Is was a deal on booking.com in the high season, so we basically expected a minimal room.

I never got a response on my request for a parking space through booking.com. Also, we couldn't find a menu for the restaurant on our room or on the website. Also, we had a phone but there was no card/info on how to reach the front desk. The info card in the room told us breakfast started at 7:30, but the front desk told us 07:00. As the ski piste opens at 8:30, we opted for the 07:00. Another very big plus is the creative way of preventing plastic packaging in the breakfast! Excellent!

Nice personel at the reception. Very good breakfast with a selection of healthy and high energy foods. Big, nicely furnished room. The price was not high in relation to what I got.

No cleaning/changing towels or taking garbage, but maybe it was because I booked a room at the guest house in the last minute and left after two days. Probably not included under those conditions.

The first day we had breakfast at the opposite location. The breakfast was good and presentation very good. The second morning we had breakfast at the Gastehaus am park. Some products where missed from the day before.

We had to check in at the opposite building. That took a minute to realise. There was a damaged table in a hotel room.

insufficient parking lots for all the guests, and no alternatives given.. drove around back and forth in Willingen for over 1 hour, with 2 small kids in the car. Ended up parking on the parking lot of the nearby Lidl over the night.

The location

The pool was disgusting. We would have also preferred to stay in the main house, as shown on the brochure pictures. We were in the side house across the road, which was not easy to manoeuvre with handicaps.
