The room was very cozy and warm, hot water, it was clean, bed was comfortable. There is a bar and restaurant available at the guesthouse. The meatballs served on the second day at breakfast were delicious.

There was no shower gel provided. Breakfast could be more varied. The room isn't soundproofed, you could easily hear noise from the hallway or outside.

Travel with 2 kids which went really smooth and well. Staff were very nice and kind for us to provide some tips about the area. Room had enough space for 2 kids and we had very relaxed time. Internet connection was great also for easy and strong connection.

The hotel is 10min. away from main Ski area. Did not really matter because we had a car.

The quadruple room was very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Check-in was quick and seamless. We loved eating at the Gasthof in the evening after a nice day in Winterberg.

The bed was very very comfortable, Bath with good hot strong shower helps a lots for the body after skiing. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hostess, very clean room, nice facility with very tasteful decorations, excellent breakfast and free parking!

The only issue we had was that it was quite chilly in the room and in the bathroom despite the heat being on high in both places. I would add soap in the shower to the bathroom as well - one handsoap is not enough if there is a shower and when you come for a short stay, no time to run looking for a pharmacy to buy one. Otherwise a beautiful and inviting place to stay at!
