The view from our window is excellent, we can saw vine yard on the hill also the very beautiful sunset and sun rise. Facilities are excellent too, there is coffee maker complete with the coffee cubes provided. Kitchen complete. Bathroom big enough. Much window in the all room.

1) We went there together with my family of 6 persons. Very surprised that we have to leave i different building. My daughter and her husband and child in one rokm in hotel building while me and my youngest daughter and my husband in apartment in another building so we can not enjoy time together. 2. There is no lift. It is no problem for young ones, but not for old ones. But all arround we like the all property and the room facilities. Thank you!

The room was spacious, modern and clean with plenty of space for bags and clothes. The shower room was also spotlessly clean and well laid out. Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. We had dinner in Porta Nova Italian restaurant attached to the hotel which was excellent and the young staff were so helpful, fitting us in even though they were incredibly busy and serving us the best pizzas we've had outside of Italy. Parking was fine, a little busy in the evening with restaurant guests but if you arrive in the afternoon you'll easily find a space. There's a tram stop a short walk down the hill which has a service into Wurzburg every 10 minutes, a day ticket is around €5.00.

My only criticism was that the extractor fans from the Porta Nova restaurant were noisy and reverberated through our room at the rear of the hotel. They were switched off about 11pm so didn't affect our sleep but if you wanted an early night it might be a problem.

Very clean, comfortable stay, and not far from the autobahn. It also has its own free parking on the property. I liked the check-in process which is all online, they send you an entry code for the door, and your just go straight to your room when you arrive.

We stayed only one night and it was a Sunday. Be aware that if you stay here on a Sunday that there won’t be any staff working at the hotel on Sundays, and that majority of businesses in Germany are closed on Sundays.

Super clean hotel just outside the city centre in a nice area. I was driving through Europe for a few days and needed somewhere to stay as I was extremely tired. I booked this hotel on my phone in the afternoon and expected to check in and sleep asap. I was a bit disappointed that there was no reception and nobody to talk to on my arrival. I didn’t know where to go, how to go to my room, where was my room, where was the entrance? All quite confusing. However, I was lucky as there was a cleaning lady who was very helpful and called someone who spoke English and directed me to my room. Entry is based on a code, not a key or card. I had a single room which was perfect. Super clean, liquid soap included, coffee machine, tea, mineral water. All I needed just to sleep and recharge for my next journey. Breakfast was also nice, helpful and polite young gentleman was making sure everyone had what they needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and the city. I would love to go back and spend more time in both. Thank you for my pleasant experience.

I possibly didn’t read instructions because I didn’t know there’s no reception or staff. I was extremely tired and panicked that I wouldn’t know where to go and how to find my room.

Fantastic large room within superb comfortable beds. There is a good pizza/italian restaurant on site. The host was extremely helpful over the phone, and check in was easy. Great parking in front of the hotel. Very good WiFi.

The location is quiet with only a few bars nearby so some may prefer nearer the centre of town. However it also means that you can get a good sleep without noise.

Room was a very pleasant environment and had extras not normally found in this level of hotel: wash cloths, candle, refrigerator with complimentary water, coffee machine, abundant places to lay suitcases and a makeup mirror that actually worked for a 5'2" woman instead of a 6'2" man :) Beautiful walk into the town centre along the river, then the SEV bus back from town in the evening meant we didn't need to drive anywhere.

The hotel has contactless check-in, which works really well if you get the necessary code to enter the door (front door and room door) sent to you via email. For some reason I didn't receive the code, but a lovely gent helped me out very quickly.

The room, was very good, the bads were fantastic, bathroom was big enough, waking shower, really good italian restaurant on location and its open late

this is a no reception hotel and for some reason the keypad did not work to open the front door, called the hot line, did not pick up the first time... and to many email sent from booking and the hotel, made even more confusing (this can be improved)

The room was cozy and beautiful. It was clean, stylish, neat. There was water, tea and coffee in the room. There was a safe, hair dryer. Convenient access scheme to the room. Internet was stable. Convenient and free parking on site, good transportation and beautiful streets near the hotel.

Turns out there was a door between our room and our neighbor's room. It was closed, but there was a lot of snoring coming from behind it all night. And even before the alarm clock, the church bells were ringing, but it was rather pleasant :)

Very clean and very well located. Very much appreciated the use of bikes to get into town and the proximity of the tram. The pizzeria is also so convenient.

The breakfast is over priced for what it used to but was very convenient on our first morning. Rooms are very clean and beds very comfortable.

Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable if a little warm through night (although a quiet fan was provided). The breakfast buffet was excellent and varied. Car parking was ample and free.

Room was alittle too warm at night even though a fan had been provided. Roadworks made finding the hotel entrance rather complicated. No reception which would make life difficult if you had no internet,
