This hotel was in the perfect spot for my trip to Würzburg! It’s just a short walk to the river and surrounded by fantastic shopping. Getting to the Residence was easy with a flat walk, and I had no trouble walking from the main HBF to the hotel with my luggage—no taxi needed! The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee was great, and the staff was wonderful. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I really liked the Staff especially the young man who changed my room because it was cold also they allowed me to check in at 11:00 am instead of normal 3:00 time thank youn

I didn’t like having to take this large key with me…if I lost it I wouldn’t be able to re-enter the building because at 9:00pm no one would be there working 24-7…I think a key box or combination pad for guests that have a special code to renter their rooms or the bus will make it friendly

The location was the best! Right at the Marktplatz & convenient to walk everywhere. My room was comfy & very clean, newer bathroom/shower & comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

I arrived on a Sunday & NO ONE was there! Reception closed. Had to wait 40 mins outside till a hotel guest saw me outside with my luggage & let me in. During the week it should be fine . They should’ve emailed instructions prior so I knew what to do to get my key.

The location is very central, literally a 5 minute walk to the middle of the old town and then 5 minutes to the river. I arrived by train and, even though it is close by to the station, took a tram to Ulmer Hof (2stops) as that was easier with suitcases. The breakfast is incredible. Be aware it starts at 8 on the weekends. My single room had a double bed, which was nice. For a single, it was a good size.

The location is very close to a church, so from 7am til 10 pm there were bells. My room overlooked the little parking area and the lights there were on all night. I think my room had the pull-down shutters, but they didn’t work and the room was very bright. As well, there were people arriving at all hours. The air conditioning was extremely loud. Had one very warm day/night and so had to choose between loud air conditioning or noises from outside through an open window. Key was the old, “real” key - big and clunky. You did get a key to all the outside doors as well

The location is perfect, we looked right at the main square. The insulation of the windows is impressive - despite the ringing church bell in front of us we couldnt hear anything!

The price of the breakfast was too high - not even a reduced price for children. Maybe it is fantastic but my child hardly eats anything in the morning and I wasn't prepared to pay for that. It made us go outside to eat breakfast at the main square right in front of the hotel. Apart from that everything was great.

This small, charming hotel is located in the heart of the old city of Wuerzburg, it is within walking distance to a number of cultural and historic sites in the city. The breakfast room presents a daily menu of tasty American and European food items.

The hotel's registration desk seemed to be unstaffed for several periods over the weekend but were very helpful when on duty.

Fantastic location just off the Marktplatz. Convenient to everything downtown. Room was basic, clean, had plenty of towels. The buffet breakfast that was included in the price was FANTASTIC! Front desk and breakfast staff were very nice. Had an elevator which was nice with big rolling luggage. Looks like they have AC in the rooms. This will be very welcome in the summer.

The shower needed a VERY deep clean. Black mold visible. For the price, I expected the bathroom to be cleaner. Heard a lot of noise from other floors of the hotel. I emailed twice asking what the valet parking price was and never had a response. I ended up parking at the Marktplatz garage for 3 nights=70Euro.

A very central hotel near the Rathaus (easy to get to by tram from the station) and, as it happened a wine festival in a nearby square. We had to check in a bit late and one of the owners turned up to help us even though they'd said the reception wasn't manned so late.

Nothing. It was as expected.

Very good breakfast. The location is perfect, in the town centre. You can reach walking the main touristic destinations. We had a mice and spacious room

It is difficult to move inside avoiding completely stairs, although lifts are available.

The hotel is located at a perfect place in the center of Würzburg, close to all places to see. The reception staff was very helpful and explained the parking facilities of the hotel in detail. The breakfast was substantial and delicious, a real Bavarian treat.
