The room itself is fine, it’s relatively new, spacious and clean. Good for family of 4. The breakfast was also good, even have very nicely boiled eggs in a small breakfast room. They also let us have free water in the hotel.

The check in and you need to put luggage in another hotel (3 mins walk) from the property and there is no lift in this hotel, need to walk a number of flights of stairs to the top floor. We have big luggage so it’s a bit tiring moving the luggages. I didn’t think about this when I was booking.

I would stay again! There was severe problems with the WiFi, that in the end couldn’t be fixed. And as I was in quite the need to download some files, the solution became to move me to the parenthotel (the Würzburger Hof), and I really appreciate the staff being so accommodating. I therefore had a night in both hotels, and can therefore also do the comparison that on a cost/value basis I would book the Jahreszeiten again for comparable rooms 😊

Room was clean, bright and comfortable. Great heating for winter. Perfect location, walking distance to everything, transport very close. Staff were really lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great, good quality and variety of options.

Just that the walls are a bit thin so you can sometimes hear other guests and some cigarette smoke from the restaurant below came in the window.

We were a bit suspicious when we were asked to check in at a nearby hotel, but needn't have worried. The hotel is run very professionally with all facilities and immaculate rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the apartment was beautifully finished. Würzburg itself ws a surprise. We'd been told to expect a drab 50's city, but it turns out it's a vibrant fun loving place. Don't miss the riverside.

The stairs!

The rooms were very well designed and clean. The location was very good. The complementary drinks were good.

Lack of alternative milk at breakfast, such as a carton of oat milk. Staff were quite abrupt at breakfast informing us to place the sign outside our room and that the pancakes were finished although there was still nearly an hour left until the end of breakfast.

Clean comfy room and good breakfast a stone’s throw from the station. Bikes are stored safely at a lock up garage across the road from the hotel - 2 euros per night. The reception ( located at a sister hotel 50 yds away) was very helpful and stored our luggage once we had checked out of our room , allowing us to spend an unburdened morning exploring Würzburg

Clean, central, friendly staff.

Having to figure out parking situation was confusing. Needing to check in at other location was inconvenient.

good location for visiting the touristic spots.

Airco in the room is rather poor performance for the hot weather condition.
