The location. I had an early morning train to catch, and being across the road from the station was very convenient. The area around the station is clean, unlike Frankfurt. The personnel were very polite and helpful. There is a Chinese restaurant literally next door which serves very tasty Chinese food. I'll stay there again should I go back there.

The facade of the building is a bit dated, but that is not an easy fix. Once you enter the door, everything is fine.

The location of Hotel Regina is excellent, in the centre of the city about 2 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

As it's in the centre of the city, don't be surprised if you hear traffic through the night at Hotel Regina but this is a minor trade-off in return for the great location.

All the staffs were very polite, cheerful, and helpful. I am very thankful to all of them. The gifts left in my room were thoughtfully arranged. Also, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right across from the train station, and there is a tram passing in front of it. If I come back for the conference next year and my budget allows, I will definitely consider staying here again.

Location, tourist, friendly close to train station, shops, and sights. But also despite being in a train station location, the hotel was not what could’ve been expected. It was clean, quiet and a great place to stay for a single woman traveler.

I really can’t think of anything they would need to change. Hotel was much better than expected and exceeded expectations.

The room was spacious and the view from the third floor was very nice. Loved that it was close to the train station,.

There are steep steps leaving into the property which was difficult for us as we are elderly once inside there was an elevator but getting in and out with our luggage was challenging.

The location, cleanliness of the staffs, & the room layout. As a solo traveler, I feel very comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

I wish there's a electric kettle inside the room, or at least one communal electric kettle.

The location very close to the train station was very desirable. It ws also within good walking distance from he old city and its tourist attractions. the "single" room as a good size; I did not have breakfast, so cannot speak about that.

the blanket provided was too hevy and warm for the summer weather. A thinner, summer blanket would have been better.

The location was very good. Just walking distance from the main Railway station and City center. Room was small but had almost all amenities.

Too expensive and small room for 2 person. Due to washroom door design there are issues of privacy.
