The room was huge and spacious.

The check-in with an AI assistant was cumbersome and underwhelming. They basically make you do the job of the receptionist (typing in all your details following audio commands using a less than intuitive on-screen keyboard). This is the last thing you want to do when arriving at the hotel after a long day's journey. It also takes the human touch out of the experience, even though there is a real-life receptionist you can ask if you get stuck. You still have to follow the whole process yourself. We only found out that we didn't manage to activate the second key when we got to our room, but we couldn't be bothered to go downstairs again and deal with that machine. The bathroom was uncomfortably small, especially considering the size of the room itself.

Everything was fairly new and in perfect working order. Good location with easy access on foot to the Altstadt as well as to the highway. Excellent parking facilities, although a bit too expensive. Great beds. Excellent breakfast. Only a few minor niggles but, all in all, we would return here, we liked it.

Staff was a mixed bag. A very few enthusiastic, smiling, very nice guys especially around breakfast room. Not so much the ladies manning the reception. Room cleaning not great (ex. floors, windows). The toilet bowl in the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning or replacement. Absence of any illumination from the ceiling, makes things quite difficult sometimes, had to use the flashlight from my phone.

Wow, just amazing. Our family loved this place. The building and the apartment were just outstanding. We got the room with panoramic window, so the view was also outstanding. Especially during the night. We could see old town and historical palaces. The room itself was huge. The beds were very comfortable. The cleanness was great. No problem with parking. We didn't even want to go outside :) I think the price/quality rate is great. One of the best places we have stayed at. We will recommend this beautiful city and this hotel to visit by all means.

Great location, and being the only high new ish glass building it was very easy to find. Great car park underneath the hotel. Modern room, good facilities,

The car park fee at €16 a night is rather expensive, particularly as we stayed 4 nights. The hotel has no restaurant, there are lots of restaurants in the town, but if it’s raining, it’s a 15 minute walk. The pillows on the bed are flat and there are no spare ones. There are lack of handrails around the shower and sink area for disabled or elderly people in the accessible room.

large room + sofa bed for my daughter which was not expected. good air conditioning. exceptional breakfast with anything we wanted, great variety of cheese/ham/bread, cooked food incl scarmble eggs and bacon, nice cakes, yogurt and fresh fruit salad. great coffee too. free bottle of water in the room was appreciated too. nice bar and reception area (self check in worked well too). nearby burger place was very handy.

the bathroom was for disable people therefore less nicer, without curtains on the shower but this was not a problem. the main thing is that the water could not drain and the bathroom got flooded easily.

We definitely recommend booking a superior executive room! Those rooms are located from the 12th to 16th floors and offer a breathtaking view of Würzburg's beautiful city center and the view is simply amazing! The breakfast is very good, versatile and lots to offer. Although the hotel is located a little bit outside of the actual city center, don't worry. It's an easy walk down Ludwigstrasse from the hotel to the city center. The reception staff can assist. Good parking facility. The only parking ticket machine is located right at the entrance of the parking lot, so unless you are keen to walk back to the machine to purchase your parking ticket (can be quite a walk), you should get the parking ticket as soon as you enter the parking lot.

Loved everything! Würzburg is an interesting city and our room was the frosting on the cake.

Very clean, great staff and is very nice that are accepting dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feeling very comfortable and made our stay very pleasant.

At arrival we had to do the check-in, and I was shocked that the receptionists were all 6 screens and everything made by AI. I do find this technology very helpful when is very crowded and are many tourists to check-in, but to replace 100% the receptionists with AI looks too much. Apart of that, everything was very nice and we were very pleased with our stay and definitely we will book again with you.

Nice, clean and spacy room with a really nice views to the city (from 10th floor). Rooms are also well equipped, i.e. spacy table, comfortable chair and large TV. Also at a breakfast there is a possibility to choose within a variety of food according to individual preferences.

Pillows in a bed could be more comfortable, or possibility to choose from a variety of possibilities. Marking of entrance to hotel from garage could be a marked a bit better.

The hotel was easy to find and we drove directly into the garage which is located under the hotel so from there the elevator leads you directly to the reception. Check-in is automated but there is a polite receptionist who welcomed and guide you. The room we got has almost a panoramic view and since it was quite high we got a quite nice view. We were pleasantly surprised by the interior which feels spacious. The room and bathroom looks and more important; feels clean too. Other important detail is the cushion which is both comfy to rest your back for reading and your head for sleeping.

Minor detail really but upon entering the reception island with the self service touch screen monitors, there is a bar right in front of it with at that time a large group of guests hanging around. The check-in screens are visible to them when you are entering all your personal details which I don't mind but feel a bit uncomfortable anyway. Not sure how to create more privacy there. Of course one can choose the one adjacent, protected by the wall.
