The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed. There was also a mini fridge, hair dryer, kettle and some tea selection, which was handy. The Hotel is situated in the town centre, so it was a short walking distance to all the interesting historical sites, shops and also the bus station.

I was not happy about the shower in my room on the 3rd floor - room 303, it seems like there is a pressure problem. You could only get a tiny stream of water coming out of it and eventually it was getting even worse. Also you had to wait a long time for the water to get warm. There was no mirror above the bathroom sink. This became something so essential for me to have, that it was uncomfortable to have to go back and forth inside the room to see the mirror by the front door - which was weirdly hidden - covered with wooden shutter door.

Due to a long wait for receive the enter code for our 3 bedroom room, we got an upgrade with two separate bedroom. One of them got the terrace looking the inner court of the building. Clean room in a very central location - easy to access into the structure - very safe area.

Bed was too spongy and not too comfy for our taste. Bathroom on the unit with the terrace not so useful to use (other bathroom was better designed). Car parking suggested in the comments is very close but has a different daily price than the one suggested in the comments.

The hotel contacted me in advance by email, giving me all necessary information on late check in, they even called on my day of arrival and gave me full concise instructions so I had no trouble to get into my room. The room was very clean and comfy, all facilities in place and working. The location was perfect, in the centre, close to everything I needed, lots of sightseeing and leisure spots available in vicinity.

The location was excellent, very close to the Main Platz. The breakfast was good value for the cost, a good continental breakfast. You could get a coffee from the machine anytime provided reception was open. The room was small but comfortable. Both members on reception were helpful and cheerful.

The automatic check-in, did not work smoothly as the mail with the code was not sent on time. After I was in front of the entrance at midnight and asked for the mail, it was sent, shortly after. Nobody was answering the emergency phone provided at the entrance.

The Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Room was warm, beds comfy, it was quiet and it felt safe. Good to have a kettle and a fridge, even though there was no plug socket nearby! 😂

The fridge and kettle weren't near a plug socket😂... The wash basin in the bathroom had toothpaste marks still in it, but the rest of the bathroom was clean 😊. No wardrobes or cupboards to put anything in.

- The rooms were a bit small, but for two people for a few days they are more then enough - There is no AC, only a fan, so not the best place when it is too hot. They have a fan that helps, and if you open the windows at night the room will get cool fast

Room was a nice size and mattress amazing. So cinfy. Nicely decorated and a good shower. Breakfast was fine. Your normal continental style. Good location. Parking just around the corner but is not free.

Took a while to get through to someone at the property to get our key. No lock box number was provided.

Compact and it had everything you could want

I booked a double room but I didn't notice till the last minute that I had booked 1 person when I spotted my mistake it was to late to cancel so I was charged another 150 which made it more expensive then would have liked to have paid

We were expecting the check-in to be somewhat problematic, since we had sent a request to check in late and got no reply. Fortunately, everything went well - the reveltion was closed, but we called the number on the door and got our keys in 10 minutes. The room and bathroom were clean. We especially appreciated the fact that we could adjust the bed mattress with a remote control. The TV had Netflix and anything else you might need. The staff was always friendly and the location was great - just a few minutes walking distance to the centre.

The room was very small for 3 people. There were no big towels in the room, just a small hand/face towel for each person - so we had to use that after showering. We have put the "please clean room" sign on the door, but nobody came to clean the room. We were expecting someone to come and clean it and bring some toilet paper, since we had run out, but we came back in the evening just to notice no one had been there. The breakfast could improve a lot - there was just bread/croissants, some spreads, cereal, and you could take some foil-wrapped plates that contained either 3 slices of cheese or 3 slices of meat. Some vegetables or other dishes (omelette etc) would have been much appreciated, considering the price of the room :)
