First time in Ghana and we chose a great place to stay on this adventure. The room we initially chose, was changed upon request. The staff were constantly polite, welcoming and friendly. The ladies in the restaurant...even offered advice & recommendations regarding traditional cuisine, and what we might like to try. Our room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious, fresh and the staff were more than willing to help out, if/when needed. Getting around Accra was easy, and the staff were always on hand to advise/assist when it came to getting an Uber..or getting around. The entertainment was fantastic. Live bands, good music, great atmosphere. We stayed for 10 days. Hopefully we'll stay longer next time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient location close to airport and Palace mall. Rooms generally very clean.

In my opinion minor issues: occasional drop in water pressure in the shower / bathroom. A few of the towels and linens provided had a somewhat damp smell. The generally convenient location means in this case that you're right off ever busy Spintex road, so if you're sensitive to street noise make sure you don't stay in a room facing the street.

The amenities were uptodate, and the facility was clean. The staff came through at a moments notice to help celebrate our daughter's birthday 🎂 🥳. They were all so pleasant. Always smiling, courteous and willing to help. The staff was quick to respond to calls for help with anything in the rooms. We would definitely stay here again on our return trip to Accra Ghana 🇬🇭. The mattress was a little hard and there weren't hooks in the bathroom to hang items of clothing. The room cleaning staff did offer and place padding to help the mattress issue. Many thanks for that.

I love the room and how the Hotel is arranged. There is also a Mall just next to the hotel and you can get all you need for daily stuff. There is a reggea bar/restaurant next to the hotel where you can listen to live music and get good food. The room was spacious and everything one needed. The staff were also very kind.

I did not like the fact that there was food in the fridge that apparently has been there from previous guest that stayed in the room I was. Other than that, this place is really a nice place to stay.

The location was perfect. Very close to the airport. A shopping mall next door to get any necessities. The hotel also had a jamaican theme restaurant, which was an extra bonus. The staff was very commendating, especially Shamrock, Rebecca and another lady at reception. Who was good at recommending local services and booking an Uber. Would stay again if visiting Ghana.

Rooms were quite small.

Staff was welcoming, breakfast was wonderful. Corridors are quiet. Rooms are small but I didnt stay in given I was working. Airport shuttle available and on time.

Access to a business/work place would be good for dmall meetings. Used Joe’s Bar which worked out well with computer. Staff was very helpful.

Very cosy and relaxing. Staff were always on standby to assist.

I loved the restaurant breakfast buffet. The selection of food was amazing. I also had the option to have breakfast sent to my room which was amazing especially when I was not feeling well enough to go downstairs.

My first stay at Oak and it was very convenient, location close to the airport and beside the Palace mall. Staff is very courtious and helpful, manager Ms Brenda was always around to make sure everything goes perfect. Airport transfer was very smooth and timely.

Staff always at hand and very friendly, helpful & professional throughout my stay. Room & hotel restaurant, bar & restrooms were all very clean. Whether dining inside or out by the pool or in the garden, the food was delicious. Best yam chips ever! WiFi service very good

It would be ideal if the hotel offered (blue or striped) in house guest poolside towels at reception to easily identify guests from other pool visitors. The mustard towels I was provided with were old, shredding & in need of replace

-Convenient booking accommodation with breakfast included in price -Close to airport. And offer for pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport - Fridge in room -Room service available (for a few though) -Check-in was smooth and the available staff at the time were extremely friendly. Who also made my stay comfortable

-One of the staff members was very argumentative. This ruined my checkout experience. -I felt the room was not well maintained. Bathrooms fittings were not closing properly or fitting right/about to come. -Standard room looked smaller than advertised on booking.
