The pictures really didn’t do justice to the place and I loved the bathroom. It was so clean and homey. It’s a place I’ll visit a hundred times.

I don’t think there’s any. I loved everything there. They have a rooftop and to be honest, I loved the view, the setting and atmosphere. The restaurant is very clean with kind and welcoming workers. To sum it all, they are 10/10.

Located at Osu where you can find food, restaurants, 👌 closed to chez Clarisse mama Africa and buka restaurants . There were an issue with the electricity in the room so they immediately change the room . Room clean, quiet place. Internet available.

I love this hotel. The staff is truly amazing, a great balance of helpful and friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and charming. I love the coffee shop downstairs and the rooftop bar.

The best hotel I had in Accra, and more spacious and comfort than in much higher priced ones. And staff very friendly, in an non-exaggerated and non-artificial way.

I appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone including the security . The staff greeted us every morning with smiles and always asked how I stay was at Roots . I will return to Roots very soon !

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

This hotel was perfect except for one thing but I will say that last because it is a spoiled thing and shoud not impact ANYONE's stay there. The staff, the food, the room, the bed, the kitchen, the stove, the fridge, the feeling of safety, the elevator, the cleanliness, the rooftop bar, the location were WONDERFUL! There is a Shoprite nearby and and they sell water and any groceries you need. The room has pots, plates and silverware. It was a great experience!

The only thing that was not PERFECT was that there was not WARM/HOT water after the first day of my 11 day stay, it was kind of cold but not freezing. But I am from New York City (where it was cold) so in fairness I did not ask the staff to fix it, so that is my fault. And taking a shower was not the worst since it was hot in Accra anyway. The wifi is good but not perfect, so if you plan to work I would recommend a pocket wifi as a back up. These are minor things though. All in all, it was an amazing place and I would recommend and stay there again on my next trip to Accra.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly, the place is very clean, very comfortable

The plugs in the rooms are not working, difficult to plug your laptop, phone and other personal appliances.

Great location and rooms are a good size.

Breakfast menu choices are limited for a long stay, but there are plenty of restaurants around for other meals. Its is very noisy at times from music in the general area.
