Alisa is a very nice executive hotel in central Accra, close to the city centre and not far from Legon and the University. The room was spacious, and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful - very friendly. The breakfast is of great quality, for all tastes. The restaurant area for breakfast is very pleasant. There is an outdoor nice patio.

The room style is a little dated and it shows. That was a bit of a surprise given the rather high price! Most importantly the window was somewhat high and did not give enough natural light. The swimming pool was closed for construction. I ordered dinner from the restaurant of the hotel... hmmm, could be a lot better!

I liked the hospitality of the staff members. I also liked how responsive and kind everybody was. I was there for a conference responsible also for the organizations. The banquet management staff especially Leslie and Michael were exceptionally helpful and flexible. We requested a different conference room that fits our need better and there was no issue with it. We were at meeting room Volta and I would like to say thank you for the ladies that were responsible for our coffee breaks, for attending our needs. But also, the staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Thank you for the chefs for this experience. My room was always spotless and clean and when requesting and ironing board and an iron Helen came to my room to hand them over to me. She was very nice and kind and helpful with me.

There wasn't anything that I did not like.

This hotel was so well organised and staff managed everything great. They always seem to have time to help with any request and it a great place to stay with a nice pool and bar area. Food was always good and was buffett type, so good selection for anyone to choose from. I ordered room service as well which was great. Room was clean and comfortable and air con worked well.

Very friendly and supporting staff. Miss Winniefred (not sure I remember the name correctly) was very helpful in arranging a nice driver to take us around. Miss Evelyn went out of her way to arrange some delcious waffles in the early morning of our departure day. Nice gym.

Wi-Fi access, especially in our room, was rather unpredictable.

AC in the room seems a bit unstable.

The Staff were very professional. Always ready to assist and very friendly. The room we stayed in was quiet and up to my expectation for the price.

The food on the in the Restaurant - breakfast can be improved. The variety for dinner was poor. Room service is much better - meets the standard.

The room was large and comfortable. Not to mamy amenities in it. The bathroom was very nice though the shower was difficult to adjust. The breakfast buffet was nice and with a lot of choice. The gym wis very well equipped but the music played is horrible

The forniture of the room looked ancient and in need of revamping. The desk, very large, had to massive holes. For $170.00 dollars at night you except the furniture to be in pristine conditions

Spacious clean room, breakfast was amazing (fresh and wide variety), friendly staff.

Had an issue with the shower, no water one morning and low pressure other times. Also, a bit of an unpleasant sewer odour on my floor. Other than that, had a great stay.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast ok. Pool lovely. Location further out than I expected but a pleasant area.

Bit further out than I expected but quiet pleasant location. Quite inexpensive to get an uber into town.

In general, it was a nice stay. staff was friendly and helpful. The food served in the hotel was very good and the breakfast was really nice. Just for your information, in case you select a standard room, the rooms are located in another building that's across the street. Building is old though the rooms are neat and clean.

Suggestion to booking.com to adjust to mention breakfast options in a better way. I select the option breakfast available instead of breakfast included which is written in the same color(green). Not a big deal but there is always room to improve, right?
