I couldn't wait to write this review. My stay at the Prestige Guest House was top-tier. The customer service I received from the moment I made the booking to my check-in and Check-out was the best I ever received in my home country. I will reward their excellent service by recommending their property to others. The manager ( Mr. Marfo) and the receptionist ( Emmanuel) I appreciate the wonderful reception.

The staff was super friendly and helped us a lot. The stay itself is really inexpensive for high quality stuff. The neighbourhood was quiet and lovely to stay at.

The phone in the room stopped working which was a bit weird and the water didn't flow perfect the whole time. It did say we could call a number to arrange that but our phone didn't work properly.

The staff is all ears. They manage to find solutions to your problem. There are two, we mainly interact with Emmanuel. both two do a good job. Their manager can be proud of them

The property is located a few miles away from the city center and is close to some tourist attractions in the area. It’s also located in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very nice accommodation for a good price. Needed a stayover at lumasi for long distance travelling. Perfect location near kumasi-accra road. Enjoyed nice breakfast that was included.

The bed in my room was making noise so much so I think they need to fix it or change it,with the water heaters aren't working

Everything is good except that the connecting road from the main one to the hotel is very bad It is a short distance so the ower can easily do that.

The road from the hotel to the main one is very bad

I like everything about the facility with the exception of the road leading to the place.
