I liked the facilities, staff, and the comfort of the room. The hotel is secure and one can always feel safe. I also like the fact that the American Flag is one of the three flags that is flown at the property.....makes me feel right at home. I also determined the staff is very accommodating.....Kudos to each and every one.

While breakfast was included, during an extended stay of more than four days, it can become a bit mundane. There's not much of stores, ATM, restaurants in walking distance unless you like to walk, but there are many options for affordable transportation.

Friendly staff. All very helpful. Good food from restaurant at good price. There a small shop next door also bar 6 minutes walk

Shower not consistently hot

Breakfast wasn't great because they only have the same three set of menus everyday which is boring and not pleasant. The staff were amazing. I recommend the manager for the swift response to my complain about the WIFI, the reception staff -Mina & one gentleman (whose name I cannot remember) for their good customer service, one kitchen staff - Akosua, who was swift at her job even in the face of some physical challenges. Finally I would also recommend the security and domestic professionals who were so helpful at all times.

In my opinion, the hotel has a great manager who is happy to help whenever the customer raises any concerns. However, in as much as I do understand the culture is different from what we are used to in the West, I would like him to be more engaging with the customers (especially new loggers) to understand more of their concerns.

Place is amazingly clean, comfortable, and staffs were super friendly, kind and always there to help.

Showers plumbing need to be repaired as water leaking all over when taking shower.

IT IS A VERY WELL KEPT HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CATER FOR MY NEEDS. MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY GOOD..

Great Personal Clean Komfortable

The breakfast is very poor One bread, egg and a little melon. Please offer oat with fruits and milk or Joghurt. Or banana pancake :))
