Such an amazing experience at Thalatta. If you're looking for a place you can stop, drop, and do nothing for a few days to a week, this is perfect. We didn't need to leave the hotel at all - the rooms, pool, beach, everything, was better than expected. The staff are so helpful and friendly, they really made our stay there 10/10. I booked in for a massage in the spa which was exceptional, and the gym facilities are small but very new and modern. You can even book the gym out completely so you have the entire space to yourself. We don't have kids yet but there were many children there kept entertained at the kids club. When we do have children, I would 100% come back to Thalatta as I know they'll have a fun experience too! The breakfast is also outstanding. It was included in our room fee and honestly was one of the best breakfasts I've had on a European holiday. So much choice!

Yes, the location is a little bare around (it's not like the Cyclades where it's a picture perfect postcard) and you can still see evidence of the fires on the hillscape behind the hotel, but we chose a sea-facing room so we didn't see that much. People do mention the price of the restaurant and portion sizes. We ate lunch by the beach and dinner in the restaurant every day, and the prices are more in-line with what you would pay in London (for example), so it does add up if you're solely eating there. We were very happy with the portion sizes (they're completely fine - if you're expecting giant American sizes this is not it) and the meals were outstanding. Everything we ate was world-class.

The service in the hotel is great. Staff is friendly. Room was large and fitted all of us (2 adults, 1 child, 1 baby) easily. Rooms are clean and quiet. The hotels facilities are great. The beach is incredible and the pool is nice.

Hotel is not very accessible with a baby stroller. Even the children's club is down a flight of stairs. Some of the kids activities were outdoors in the sun, which was a terrible idea in August heat. Restaurant is rather expansive and does not offer authentic Greek food. We travelled to town (5 minutes by car) and ordered take-away from a local Taverna which was great. Cocktails and drinks are really expensive!

The property is beautiful with a large, clean pool with many lounges and umbrellas, as well as a private beach equipped with chairs and umbrellas. The staff was exceptional -- friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast (and all of the food we ate there) was delicious. We booked a family suite with garden view and with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living room, it was perfect for our family of four. We went horseback riding on a ranch across the street from the property, which was really fun. If you are looking for a relaxing resort, this is the place for you! We highly recommend staying here.

If you are traveling from Athens or another far away place, consider hiring a car and a driver. The mountain roads are windy and narrow, and we were very glad we did not rent a car to drive ourselves. Note that the nearest local tavernas are on Agia Anna beach, about 20-30 minutes walk from the hotel. We did not have a car and it was a hot walk in the sun. But we like to visit local restaurants so made the trip. If you are happy to relax at the resort and eat there, the food is exceptional.

We stayed for 2 nights in June. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are very large and comfy, whilst minimally decorated. The bathroom in our room had a really big shower with 1 shower head in each side, which was a nice touch. The common areas were so aesthetically superior that I think I will always compare my next destinations to it. The staff were very friendly, very eager to tackle your every need before you even express it. Breakfast was phenomenal. A very vast variety of choices, both from the buffet and from an extra menu of freshly made delicacies, which are included in the price. Anything you drink is also included in the price (any coffee you like/orange juice, water etc)

It is a great place for families so inevitably there were a lot of kids running around/playing all day long in all the common areas. However, I should also note that the rooms are soundproof so I can't say we were bothered when we were inside.

The hotel is modern, very good breakfast, fabulous swimming pool and wonderfull beach. Barbara at breakfast was very nice

The remote beach is wonderfull. But, its aldo remote, so nothing to do around the hotel. Who ever built the hotel should be sewed or shot. The last step in the stairs to the 2nd floor is higher than the other steps. Its illegal and very dangerous. Also lack of small things like shower cap in the bathroom. Tv is smart if someone just want to watch tv its complicated. Light were not enough. Very dark especialy for make up

We found everything we wanted and expected with this hotel. Room: speciouse, very clean, modern, cleaned every day, towals chanded every day. Confortable beds and pillows. Moskito net on the balcony door. Quite and peacefull room, with sounds of the nature. Beach- sunbads and umbrelas with deep and big shade. Clean towels provided every day by the entrance of the beach. The beach is covered with very small rocks and the water was warm and clean. Real joy! Swiming pool-confortable sunbads, clean water and clean pool. Lifeguard provided at the pool. Very nice and calming musik during the day and in the evening. Food: high class cooking. Gastronomy of it finest. The prices are indeed 30% higher in comparence to the restaurants in the Agia Anna beach, but there you will not find this fine, tastefull and quality food sorounded by a beautiful.atmosphere and architecture, proffesional and kind personel. Breakfast: varaity of a la card food, most of it with eggs, yet you can also order everything that is there without eggs, or just a simple toast. The chef takes care you have the brekafast by your choice. Amazing architecture of the hotel. Atmospherefull coctail evening on the balcony with a beautiful bonfire. We.booked 4 stars hotel, but we got 5 stars one!

More like a suggestion. The coffe that is served at the bar can be improved with a better brand. But it is matter of taste, as this one for us was too burned. However, there is Nesspreso coffee mashine in the room for which you can use the hotel capsels or bring your own and enjoy a morning coffee on the big balcony of your appartment.

This was our first holiday as a family of three and we wanted it to be absolutely incredible. And guess what? It was everything we hoped it would be! Hotel is really luxury, even with 4⭐️, staff is amazing (we love you Barbara, Oleg will miss you), food is great. It is fairly big but has smaller number of rooms so even with full capacity - not crowded. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is super relaxed. If you’re travelling with a walking baby/toddler - there are not that many places it can hit its head so, very baby friendly! 😂

Food prices are a little bit on a higher side but, I mean, it’s a 4⭐️ luxury hotel so, it was expected.

The location on the beach is perfect. Tha hotel is very clean and the service is exelent. The aduld roof terace is wonderfull. The pool is very nice and the libary is a great idea. The reception desk team is very usefull

It is not an exclusive hotel it is more like a family club. Many families with small kids so it is not that quiet as i expected. The food at breakfast is not diverse anought. The diner is bad and the prices are exaggerated. 92 euros for poor and not tasty food. Other than that it was a lovely vacation. And the staff made it realy good, they were available for every request.

The hotel's design is very chic and the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and amazing views. The pool area is very inviting as is the beach. Ample parking.

The hotel is remote and out of season there is little to offer in Agia Anna (which is a half an hour's walk). This may be very different in high summer though. We weren't keen on having to select our meals via an app and the prices were elevated compared to the tavernas in town. The menus are international, but it would be good to have some traditional Greek offerings as well. To be fair, the hotel is not misrepresenting itself and you get what you have been promised, which is why I've given them a 9 rating overall. For a two night stay, the hotel is great.

Very stylish, functional room (suite) pleasant atmosphere, excellent food!!! PEOPLE /STAFF very rarely have we seen a team n a hotel so eager to give you answers/solutions and in general please you!!! WELL DONE this should be an example to imitate i bet there are quite a few big names that could learn a thing or two from this team! Nadia and Mr Zouganelis went over and above many, many times!!! Cant thank you enough! Not to forget Chef was the invisible hero of our stay!!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏 well done my friend!

The sea is most days rough… pool is crowded, too many kids, too much noise which is expected… the pool was nice but again full of children most hours of the day. Agia Anna as a village has nothing remarkable to offer really as a village so we were staying all the time in the hotel. Close by villages are 45mins+ … one kind suggestion even-though all the stuff and the manager were ALWAYS THERE TO satisfy every need there is some room for improvement in the bar service drinks, food delivery and drinks… it feels as if orders get lost or they are serviced with a significant delay, but we could see it was not out of negligence but rather lack of coordination, which means it is easily fixed!😉
