Internet connection needs to be improved

The room was stunning, the bathroom amazing ( greek bathrooms are not always great). A large bed with, 1 usb port for charging.phones. would have preferred this on either side of the bed. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of foods. I had a gluten allergy (coeliac), and they provided bread and cereal, I brought my own granola and enjoyed the Greek yoghurt most days. A warm breakfast is available too. Skiathos had so many gluten free restaurants, just bring your own pita, and book restaurants in advance. The hotel was very good at catering to my needs and I am very grateful for this. The pool was beautiful with pool towels available at reception daily. The beach is a short walk. (You can see the beach from the hotel. Not far at all. There is a boat taxi on the beach, which is €5/person, this takes you to skiathos town, very convenient. Staff were all amazing, they were so kind and helpful (cleaning, breakfast, pool and reception). They also have lifts in the hotel which was convenient for my mum. Overall a fabulous stay, thank you for having us.

The distance to the bus stop, I wish there was a car/buggy service just to get you to the bus stop and back. This stopped my mum from leaving the hotel too much. As the walk is not suitable for those who struggle. However it was fine for my sister and I, very hilly. The TV didn't work. Sometimes you just want to watch netflix in the evening. Rooms needed some hooks, I understand they are going with the minimalist look but this doesn't help to keep the room minimalist if there is nowhere to hang things. Cupboard space is very minimal as the duvets and bathrobes are also kept here. May need to add a shelf at the top. Ps the ability to toast gf bread (even if it is done in the grill before it comes out) bread tastes very dry.

We booked our stay last minute and couldn't have picked a better hotel than the Radisson on Skiathos. My husband, my sister and I had a beautiful panoramic rooftop room with a hot tub. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Beautiful view of the sea right from the bed and from the hot tub. But what was even better than our room was the staff who work here and will do everything in sight for you. Our lovely lady at reception and our caring waitress Victoria at dinner. Thanks to her, my sister and I were assured that our dinners were gluten free. Don't forget to have one of the delicious cocktails. The breakfasts were also perfect, including the gluten free baguette on request. Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely want to return.

Everything was perfect. We had a few comments, but they were immediately solved with a smile by our nice lady at the reception. These ladies and young men from breakfast are the type of staff you want to meet on your holiday. Thank you!

All good. Location. Room size and view. Beautiful beach nearby.

If I had to mention something, it would be:- 1. No towel rail outside of shower cubicle itself. 2. Spa on balcony was great, but there no privacy from the neighbouring balcony as there was no separation at all. 3. Hot dishes on breakfast were usually cold. The above did not take away from my stay, and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was good, what let it down was the size of the room it was served in. Its was cramped and guests were far too close to the serving area. Tables were very close to each other.

More information about the two hills to negotiate in the heat of summer to get to the bus stop, which forced us to use taxis more than any other resort. 17 euros one way into Skiathos town. A hotel shuttle bus would be an excellent idea, and would certainly be used in my opinion.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic for our honeymoon stay with our 1 year old; we couldn’t have asked for better having been quite nervous about facilities travelling with a young child. The staff were all amazing, everyone always greeted us with a smile and we were made to feel welcome with every interaction; our waitress Demitra was just fantastic with our little boy and it was so lovely to see all the staff interacting with a him with such warmth and affection. Nothing ever seemed too much work. The pool was wonderful, the food at breakfast and at dinner was very tasty and a great selection, and the water taxi to the old town and a lovely beach bar was a minutes walk away! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and stay here! Thank you so much for making it such a memorable trip.

The only thing I could find to say as a negative is that there was no hairdryer in the room, but in the Greece heat that didn’t matter too much!

We loved absolutely everything! The hotel is 1min walk away from the beach, has a sea view, serene ambiance, parking, it’s super clean, and above everything else it has a wonderful team of young, polite, and professional personnel. Only superlatives for the staff, they were great! ❤️ On the last day, after the check-out, you have the option to leave your luggage in a dedicated storage for it, use the pool, and have a shower in a private bathroom before you head for the airport. This was greatly appreciated as our flight was after 8pm and we spent the entire day out swimming and sunbathing.

The property is situated in a beautiful bay. A comfortable hotel - if not a bit stark in appearance. Nice warm pool and sun area. Good breakfast and staff very friendly.

The wi-fi in the bedrooms was very poor. The pool surround was quite gritty which wasn’t great to walk on particularly after getting out of the pool with wet feet and a lot of weeds were growing up between paving slabs which gave an unkept appearance. We had a cleaner come into our room at 9am without knocking while we were still in bed which was a shock!!

Beautiful design; it feels more like a boutique design hotel rather than a generic Radisson. Location was excellent. Quiet, right by the beach but an easy water taxi ride into town. The pool is gorgeous and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The food at the restaurant was really good. They said you need a reservation but I went during high season and never had a problem getting a table. The grounds of the hotel are landscaped beautifully and the hotel even has its own little church.

Two things: I feel like for a hotel this lovely, they should have better toiletry products. Most hotels of this caliber in Greece have high end products like Lanvin, Byredo, Guerlain, etc. That’s not a huge issue. But what I did find annoying is that housekeeping didn’t bother to make my bed- they just pulled the top sheet up. And they didn’t leave the proper amount of towels and the number of towels provided dwindled each day.

There was an issue with the AC in my original suite- the Manager gave us a new suite with upgrade to half board and access to the other suite pending AC repair- the team were excellent in resolving and compensating for the initial AC problems to ensure we had a wonderful stay- It was also wonderful to see the staff members coming from different backgrounds and abilities showing the ethics and compassion adopted at the hotel.
