Breakfast plenty of choice . Comfortable room /facilities .

Pool was cold , jacuzzi didn't work . The air con was very loud (hard to sleep ) but needed as it was a hot room . They offer a private transfer for 50€ . Taxi outside is 18-20€ def don't pay 50€ !! It's only 10 mins away and the bus is 3€ via town which we took to get back right to the airport doors . It runs every 20 minutes .

Our room, a deluxe and one of the most expensive for sure needs to be refurbished, definitely not a 5 star hotel room, in the rest of the world it would be rated 3 star, the furniture, and especially the bathroom is there since the opening long time ago. Unacceptable waiting times at breakfast to order and have drinks, in 10 days I always drunk my coffee at the end of the meal. Staff at the reception for sure should be more experienced and polite with guests, we had an issue with a bill from Beach restaurant due to their total disorganization.

The beach is nice.

There is little variety in the breakfast. The staff, while nice, are not on top of their roles. I booked two massages with the spa but only got one because the person I made the booking with did not understand that I was booking two. I booked a transport to the airport for 8.45 am and, the next day, when I went to the reception to double-check, they had booked it for 8.30 am but had forgotten to inform me. One day, the hotel ran out of towels for the beach and pool. Another day, there were no beach chairs available on the beach; when I asked a staff member about it, he told me he was with the reception and beach chairs were not his concern. These are not serious incidents but they should not happen in a 5 star hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, the hotel is situated directly on a beautiful stretch of beach and there are many great restaurants and supermarkets just a minute away. The bus stop is also right outside the door. The breakfast was very good, especially the Greek corner is highly recommended. We will probably never forget the bougatsa. But the best thing by far was the staff. We have never experienced such obliging and child-friendly staff. From reception to the pool boy (who even gave our daughter a teddy bear) to the hotel manager - simply top class! As a family, you are in good hands here. Our daughter loved the huge playground. Once again, the staff were very attentive and even set up a pavilion when the sun got stronger. The food in the hotel's own restaurant can also be highly recommended.

Unfortunately, there was only one hook in the bathroom for hanging towels. However, you can also dry your towels outside. Nevertheless, a few more hooks would have been great.

Wonderful views. The hotel’s location was great - beachfront with private beach area and sun-beds always available. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel that takes one to Skiathos town and also the other way to Kukunaries beach.

The facilities are quite old and worn down. Especially the bathroom in our room was very old and gross. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. The breakfast options were limited - probably targeted to British guests, English breakfast every day.

Fabulous location with it's own private beach area - beach towels provided. Very friendly staff looked after all our needs. Great restaurant on the beach and fabulous breakfast - I'm vegan & there was plenty of choice. Room was big & airy & everything was clean - great shower. There's a supermarket right across the road, several nice tavernas around & bus stop 16 is 50m to the right - easy & frequent trips into town. Really great place to stay!

It's a beautiful resort, breakfast is amazing..little seal s club nice for the kids, very nice grounds, cleaning excellent. Lovely beach, easy to get to town by bus.staff very nice to deal with!

Could have a bigger fridge and espresso machine in room, clothes horse and iron in room would be good.

I was here during flood and so would like to emphasise that people were doing your best whole time. We had luck and our flight wasn’t cancelled and we didn’t have any problems but stuff in the hotel was doing everything what was possible to feel as comfortable as was possible. My daughter Tereza loves whole stuff in hotel. Many greetings and hope you will be able to repair everything what was damaged.

Excellent location on a lovely beach in Skiathos, everything is very easily accessible (pool, restaurants, beach). We travelled with our 18-month-old daughter so we wanted to be somewhere easy and relaxing to stay. There is a nice little park for children, which our daughter loved. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast buffet has lots of choices and the beach restaurant was excellent. Staff were really nice and friendly and we had a great time.

The room was comfortable but the bathroom facilties needed some repair and updating. I would have expected better for a five star hotel. We had a large balcony but the furniture outside needed cleaning and the flower border needed attention.
