I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The view of the sea from the property is absolutely fabulous — a true highlight of the location. There were two breakfast options available, both delicious. The rooms are cleaned every two days. Access to the property is via a slightly steep road, but I actually enjoyed the bit of exercise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

The room was simply furnished, but had everything we needed. The room was spotless when we arrived, and cleaned every two days,. The view from our balcony was fantastic. It was a pleasure to sit out there in the evening, enjoying a G&T. The location is great, within walking distance of two beaches and numerous restaurants. Having breakfast each day was a real bonus. It varied each day, and there was plenty to set us up for the day. The staff were a pleasure to deal with, always friendly and ready to chat.

Although it's a bit of a slog up the hill, we got to quite enjoy a little workout at the end of the day.

Everything Stay Duration & Location: We spent ten wonderful days in Kolios. The location is ideal for its peaceful ambiance and convenient access the most beautiful beaches on the island. Transportation: Getting around is very easy, as everything can be reached by bus, including trips to and from the airport. Breakfast: The included breakfast is a great perk, especially for those who enjoy starting their day with a coffee alongside options like croissants or Greek yogurt. Amenities: The property features a pool, though we didn’t use it. The balcony offers a tranquil view, and the room is well-equipped with essentials like a walk-in shower, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. Kitchen Facilities: We didn’t do much cooking, as the kitchen is only equipped for basic needs, such as boiling pasta or preparing simple meals. Cleaning Service: Housekeeping was provided every two days, which kept the place tidy and comfortable throughout our stay.

Lovely facility. Excellent Views. Staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful & even booked us a taxi ride back to the airport at short notice when we failed to confirm a booking. Rooms well equipped, very practical, with a hob, fridge & kitchen sink. Nice pool area & little bar / kitchen / reception desk. Enough parking for when we hired a jeep. cleaned rooms every 2 days, changed towels & bed linen, which was perfect. felt that we got great value for money.

If you expect a modern star hotel experience, this perhaps isn't it, but was perfect for us & at a great price. The only couple of things to be aware of is the variability of the air con units in the rooms. Our was fantastic, but our friends noticed their was a little older & not as efficient. Given that the clue is in the name & that to get a good "view" you need some elevation, be aware that to access the property by foot, you do need to walk up a pretty steep slope & there are also steps up to the room levels... maybe we should be fitter, but in 10 years or so this could be an issue. Overall we would not hesitate in going back, the facilities were great for us & the staff exceptional!!!

The room was well-equipped and had everything we needed, and even though the furniture and amenities were a little older, they were in a really good condition and worked just fine. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything, including the pool area, was kept very clean. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Breakfast could use a little variety.

Great apartments with amazing views looking out over Kolios bay. Breakfast was satisfactory and filled us up enough for the morning a d changed every day and you sit overlooking the beautiful pool and sea view to eat it. We asked for a high room as we wanted the view but we didn’t realise there are two blocks near the pool then another one higher up which you could either walk up on the road or cut through the two blocks using steps. We are a couple in our late 50s and even though we dreaded the walk up it only lasts a few mins and I usually had to stop but mainly because I had a recent foot injury. Probably wouldn’t suit someone with mobility issues. The apartments are spotless and cleaned every other day where sheets and towels are changed. You are between two lovely beaches, Kolios and Agia Paraskevi although Kolios was a bit longer and up and down a hill (was fine though). Lots of restaurants dotted about especially AP and never had a bad meal in the week we were there.

Nothing although the hill would be a problem if you are not too mobile, I felt I got fitter walking it though

We spent a lovely holiday in Skiathos. It is a magic place on earth, blessed with a wonderful nature and beautiful sea. The studios at Kolios View added value to our experience. We liked the 360 grade view of mountain and sea, the orchard, the simplicity of the place surrounded by abundant vegetation. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful ; they found solutions to every request we had. We are grateful for their attitude, always with a smile ! Our room was spacious with higher ceiling , with comfortable beds and nicely cleaned every other day. All in all, we had all our basic needs fulfilled .

We are not pretentious people, no fussy ones. We know exactly what to expect from this type of accommodation and we accept simplicity and efficiency, without to much design ; we prefer to concentrate on the beauty the surroundings offer. That being said though, I need to mention (and hope that the hosts will understand and forgive me) that this place has a lot of potential which is not fully put to use and exploited. It lacks a certain style that can be brought by some minimal decoration with little investment. Rooms can be more cheerful with a painting, a poster , some little deco touches, etc. And the incredible rich orchard and the whole grounds deserve a bit more love and effort. Wish them the best of luck to succeed to give this piece of paradise the value it deserves .

Steep hill to get to it, but well worth it for the view

We really enjoyed everything overall. The only thing we found a bit less pleasant was having the same breakfast each day—it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

Good variety at breakfast, Greek yogurt/fruit, roll, cake, juice etc brought out individually. Lovely view from balcony, breakfast area and pool. Quiet and relaxing, no loud music or TV screens. Small supermarket nearby and near bus stop and Kolios beach. I travelled on my own and would stay here again.

would be nice to have wine glasses!
