Good location , nice room

Very nice place 2 min away from the beach. Clean, comfortable and very well located (restaurants, shops, beach, bus stop and near the boat taking you to Skiathos city) The owner is very helpful when needed.

We were 4 persons in a room with one bathroom. and the baskets were not emptied frequently, the douche did not dispose a curtain, we never met the owner, the toilet flush broke and was no tfully repaired. Finally the wifi network did not existed even if owner was informed.

The location was very good.

It is directly on a main road, we couldn't sleep for 5 days..very loud and there is a restaurant directly under it, and these were not in the description. People and muaic from the restaurant meant we had to keep the windos closed all the time until it closed. Thw a/c didnt work all the time, sometimes it would stop by itself. The toilet and water of the sink was yellow..we brushed our teeth with water from a bottle we bought. The cleaner only came 1 time in 5 days even thought the owner told us in person she would come every 2 days.

Firstly the room wasn't clean at all. The toilet had recent gross stains that we had to clean. The fridge had leftovers from previous visitors, they didn't even check it. We asked the owner for some extra sheets for the second bed, he wasn't polite but he agreed to bring us some tomorrow. The next day we found that someone came in to take the garbage, but they didn't bring us the sheets. Other than that, the room is located next to the main street of the island so it's noisy. Some of the decoration you see in the pictures isn't like that any more. Generally i would never go back to this place, especially considering its price.

I recently spent a night at “Rigas Rooms” in Axladies, Skiathos, and it was an experience filled with disappointments. The room was situated on the main road, and the noise was unbearable at times, adding to our discomfort. Despite a check-in time of 14:00, we had to wait until 15:30 for the cleaning staff to finish, and even then, the room was far from clean, with both the bathroom and bedroom lacking proper care. The absence of WiFi only added to our frustrations, forcing us to connect to the weak signal from the gyros shop below, accessible only from the balcony. Because of these accumulative issues, we felt compelled to find another place to stay for the night. This experience at “Rigas Rooms” was not only inconvenient but incredibly disheartening, and I strongly urge others to consider alternative accommodations when visiting the area.

IN ONE Word. DISASTER.IFirstly our holidays started as a hotel ghost host. Never met in our stay. The key to our rooms were on the key holes themselves. Self service. We were guided to our rooms by the gyro restaurant owners under the rooms we rented. We had a night flight so we took a shower went directly to bed. The following morning when we were brushing our teeth we noticed that the water running from the faucet was dark and dirty. Same thing in the kitchen tab. We called and the wife host answer but she gave us a husband's mobile to call but never received an answer. The following day I decided to call again. He answer but he was rude and mean. He told me he knew it but there was nothing to do than called the blumber.Obviously in our four day stay we showered only once. (first night) we used distilled water to wash face and hands, brush teeth wash dishes. In our 4 day stay nobody came to clean change towels or sheets or even change the toilet bin. The rooms were above a grill gyro restaurant and you couldn't open the window because of the smoke. Too much noise the street under our window. No shower cabins. You showered and everything was a mess
