Everything! The location is perfect, slightly away from the hustle of town with stunning sea views but a close to walk to the town, Perfect small hotel! (Bus stop 7 with a steep but small roughly 5 minute path up(depends on how fast you walk) 15 minutes walk to Bus Stop 4 which is the top of Skiathos Town and then walk through the lovely town to the port/bars front which is bus stop 0) Staff were incredibly friendly, nothing was too much to ask and there was always someone to help, advice on what to do in the town and help with buses/stops. Made to feel safe and part of their family, they wanted us to have the best experience. Drinks and food delicious, easy to order and fast faultless service. Room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels and even a sun-bed towel was given for the poolside. Room has a fridge, kettle with mugs, spoons, glasses and wine glasses too! Safe box inside the wardrobe with key. Hair dryer. Wardrobe, chair, table and chairs on the balcony. Aircon worked perfectly, turns off when you are not in the room and doesn’t take long to cool the room down once back. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic, best I’ve ever had on Holiday. Pool was clean and sunbed so comfortable and can have full sun all day. Car park there if you do rent a car but the busses are so easy, €3 or €2 depending on how far you are going. They can get busy at peak times(morning commute and evening dinner time) so don’t always expect a seat but you’re not on for long and they have aircon. Supermarket at Bus Stop 5, roughly 8 mins walk from Fiorella and in the direction towards and from the town centre. We absolutely loved our stay at Fiorella and we will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone.

Very beautiful view on the city and the ocean. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Calm and relaxing place.

So many mosquitos, I was badly bitten every night. The place is aprox. 30 minut by walk from city centre. Or you have to take a bus. Also, the place is high, you have to climb 40 meters in short distance.

Excellent room, very spacious, cleaned every day, new towels and bedding every day, owners very helpful and friendly. All in all an excellent stay.

One small thing, the hill to get back up-to the apartments, but once you made it the view was amazing.

Service at this hotel was excellent. All staff went above and beyond Our view was stunning. We didn't find out until later on that there is a water taxi to the old port from the beach just below the hotel

The walk up the very steep hill in the heat was too much for us so after doing it once we had to get a taxi back to the accommodation each time

The view, the hosts Elias, Maria Panos and Christina were fabulous. The pool is great and the bar area serves fantastic good and drinks all day. I was given a lovely room with stunning biews as I was celebrating my birthday. Also a lovely note with a bottle of wine.

First of all, the host was not receptive at all to my requests. Due to his / her indolence, I didn't used wifi service (I didn't had the password) and as well I cannot print some documents. I want to mention that both services, wifi and printing, are marked as facilities on this location. Secondly, the lady from the reception was not so helpful and it seems that all the time is angry/bored. Last but not least, the options for breakfast are very limited - some cheese, some ham, tomatoes, some sweets and that's it.

There is a magnificent view from the property and the pool was also very nice. Normal room, very good pool bar. The personal was cleaning the room and changing the towels every day.

The air conditioner can't work while you are out of the room. The are no mosquito nets on the windows.

Location-View is amazing, especially if you have a sea view room! The room and the public spaces (pool/cafe) were super clean, the owners were very hospitable, special thanks to the girls who were cleaning our room-they were so polite, to the owner-lady(Fiorella), his brother and his nephew(Elias). Would definitely stay there next time we'll visit Skiathos!!

Nothing, everything was beyond our expectations.

Spacious light clean room with a comfortable bed and lovely views of the pool and sea. The beds around the pool are extremely comfortable. The owners go out of their way to make your stay special.

Up a hill but you do get the views.

Fabulous views from all the windows and balcony.

Shower in the room needs updating. Contacting the host on arrival for the room key was tricky as the reception is not manned.
