A small and friendly 16 room property, very nicely appointed with some lovely features. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area, sunbeds and towels provided. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Small bar with long opening hours. Only Breakfast and a small snack menu until 3:30pm. Superior room (8), top floor with sea view good and plenty of space. Excellent sized fridge which actually kept drinks cold. Safe in room. Kettle provided if you ask. Hairdryer in bathroom. Good AC. Hotel has the advantage of being opposite Bus Stop 6 - which is the main, and one and only bus route Skiathos to Koukounaries. Gets very busy. Hotel Driver/bus can be booked for various transfers (and similar price to a taxi) per room price is: 10€ Skiathos 12€ Port & 15€ Airport. Or catch the very crowded bus for 2€ each Airport - There is a local airport bus or shared taxi - €10 to the port Access directly opposite is onto Megali beach -but it is the stoney/grit end. Better to walk further up to the sandy area and hire sunbeds outside the Thessaloniki restaurant which was great value; giving access to drinks, wifi, toilets and a reasonable restaurant…

Not suitable for those with mobility issues as the hotel is up a hill and then quite a few steps. Location was a bit too far from Skiathos Town for us (20-25mins walking)

We absolutely loved the views from our room – simply stunning with fantastic aircon. The pool area was perfect for relaxing all day, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely, offering a wide variety of options whether you’re after something light or a more substantial meal to keep you going through the day. Drinks were reasonably priced, and it was great to have ice and water available whenever needed. The staff truly made our stay exceptional – so friendly and attentive. A special mention to Nel and Catherine, who were an absolute dream to be around. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made us feel so welcome. As our first impression of Skiathos, this place has set the bar incredibly high. We can’t wait to return!

The views and staff were definitely the highlights of this hotel. A nicely situated hotel with a very kind and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Catherine, Zoe and Nel for making our stay very comfortable. A very nice breakfast spread and we had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view.

Not much in the way of the pool bar and amenities. We often found ourselves leaving the hotel after breakfast and not returning before it was bedtime. We also had a small but annoying ant issue in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose and frustrating at times.

Beautiful apartments and very relaxed. The staff were so helpful and friendly and always had a smile. Breakfast was good plenty of choice with tables set outside for you to enjoy the view. The pool was so relaxed with comfortable beds and seating. The bus stop is just on the main road to the right so great to jump on to.

Apartments a little further out of Skiathos town than we expected. We walked along the beach to get in to town and had a taxi back. The pillows on the bed were too hard and big for us. No real complaints we loved it.

This was our 10th visit to skiathos and this is the best hotel we have stayed in. The staff were professional and friendly. The area manager manned the reception when my wife wasn't too well. She organised for a pizza to be delivered and the next day ensured we were both ok. To be honest she was extra special and your company should be very proud of her contribution ❤️ to ensuring your customers have a fabulous holiday. A massive thank you to all the staff.

Absolutely everything! Immaculately clean, outstanding customer service, beautiful pool area, can’t wait to go back! We had booked for 2 nights and extended to 3 (wanted 4 but they were fully booked). But what makes this hotel stand out is their front of house lady, Catherine. She goes over and beyond to make her guests happy. And Iannis and Nel too. Very special team in place at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

It had a very big bedroom and bathroom and a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. The breakfast were very good. The best thing was the hotel shuttle/taxi which was bookable to take you anywhere and the cost was charged to your room. Bus stop right outside and a rough path down to the beach also just outside. The hotel was quiet especially at night and the staff were very helpful and pleasant

There was little storage in the bedroom despite having space for more furniture. There were nowhere near enough coat hangers or hooks in the bathroom. We lived out of our case. The fixtures in the bathroom were cheap and plastic and not enough shelves or places to put things. The cleaners although on the whole were good had one or two lapses over our stay. The pillows were uncomfortable. There were lots of steps up to the hotel as the car park was halfway up the hill. Not good for carrying heavy bags (although the reception girl helped) or suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The pool area was fantastic, plenty of sunbeds with a nice pool bar and fantastic view over the Megalli Ammos beach. Breakfast was very solid, had many options. The staff were fantastic, very kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were cleaned every day, very neat and tidy with solid facilities and the AC was very effective. Location was fantastic, a short walk down the steep hill to Megalli Ammos beach, approximately 20 mins from the hotel to the middle of the town.

We had to move rooms after 2 nights (4-night total stay) although we were upgraded to a larger room which was nice of the staff to do! Hill up to the hotel was rather steep, not for the faint hearted! Some features in the rooms were slightly dated.

The two ladies Alex and Catherine that were the hosts through the day were so good. They gave us great tips and looked after our needs at the hotel. Alex also helped us Hire a car which made more sense than catching the bus due to the size Of our party. The bus was easy And convenient but the car was just as affordable. The breakfasts were terrific. The view amazing and the pool was great.

Like most places there is a bit of a hilly driveway. Honestly this is trying hard to find a negative because it wouldn’t stop me going back.

Breakfast was excellent; a wide choice and, if you wanted a cooked breakfast, the bacon, eggs, etc were freshly cooked and not dried up as at many hotels. Staff were without exception exceptionally good and friendly. The pool area was great with a fine view over the sea and never crowded.

On a hot day it was a tiring walk up the slope from the road to the hotel (although there is nothing the hotel could realistically do about this). It would have been nice to a have a shady garden area to relax away from the sun.
