The setting for this accommodation is great with fabulous views. The public areas are maintained to a really high standard, the pool is really lovely and the sunbeds good quality. The poolside bar and snack area are a nice option. The staff are are super friendly and cleaning takes place every day.

We knew in advance the property is located up a hill but did not realise just how steep the hill is. You can get a taxi home from the town if you wish but we preferred to walk after dinner, but it is a tough walk for children. And even more tough when coming home from the supermarket which is at the bottom of the hill. The 2 bed apartment is spotlessly clean but quite dated in decor and there are not enough utensils, but this will not ruin your stay.

Conveniently located although a hill to walk back up from the town but with my dodgy knees I still managed it and it wasn’t that bad

There wasn’t anything to dislike but as we had chosen the hotel for the self catering facilities these were lacking and we would probably struggled to have cooked a basic meal. No asking for a fully working kitchen but basics such as a sieve to strain food and some more cooking utensils would have been good.

We loved the location (once you get used to the hill) and the views were stunning. The family running the business are all wonderful and the cafe/bar is fantastic, modern, & lots to choose from. Delicious food & drinks. Nothing too much trouble. The pool was lovely for a little dip every now and then, are there were always enough sunbeds to go around. The balcony area was nice with seats and a small table, as well as a drying rack which was very handy for swim wear and towels. Having the room cleaned every day and bins emptied was fantastic. The hill up to the studios is steep but not too long, I think it would be tough for little legs, or injured legs, but car hire is an option/taxis if the walk is too much. Thank you for a great stay!

The bathroom is on the small side. We managed okay with the shower however I think if we were any bigger it would have been abit uncomfortable. The toilet and sink were good.

Quiet, small and friendly. Rooms were clean was great size and well equipped. Helena was fabulous, friendly and would help in any way she could. Such a relaxing location with beautiful views over Skiathos town We stayed in room 12. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. The only down was the walk up the hill from Skiathos town, however it wouldn’t stop me from staying here.

Staff were absolutely wonderful. Nothing too much trouble. The views are simply breathtaking with a panorama of Skiathos town & port. That said, it’s still less than a 10 minute stroll into the heart of town. Super friendly atmosphere, lots of returning guests which is a good sign and speaks volumes A hidden Gem!

Nothing we didn’t like, although the walk (even though only around 300 metres) is quite steep, but there’s always a friendly smile, a beer & a pool waiting for you.

Mike and family are great and have a stunning facillity with great view and pool. Rooms are clean, comfortable and aircon great. Good value for money.

Other guest (British Tourists) get up at the crack of dawn and reserve ALL the sun loungers around the pool with their towels...then go back to bed and only start occupying the beds at 10h30-11h00. Not fair to others who also paid and travelled from far...who want to go out for the day but perhaps wanted to sunbathe for an hour or so in the morning. Strongly suggest thos tobe managed - perhaps as I have seen at other eatablishments....with a notice stating if a bed ia unoccupied for more than 20-30minutes, the belongings will be removed and the bed made available for use to other guests.

The view was amazing. The staff were lovely. Around the pool there it was easy to get sun beds and you did not have to wake up early to reserve one. The rooms were cleaned daily by the cleaners. The food served by the pool was very nice and there were plenty of options.

The rooms were a little outdated and the shower was a light trickle. However this did not impact our stay and still had an amazing time.

The owners and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could not be faulted, and the immaculate pool area was a little oasis in the afternoon heat. The views were magnificent. It is a lovely place to stay and we highly recommend it.

My wife and I are in our early 70s and reasonably fit, but the hill location, which provided the great views, was a challenging walk during the day. Mornings and evenings were ok. A little more room at the "kitchen area" for draining board and prep area would be good. Neither detracted from a great stay

This is the perfect hotel for a short stay in Skiathos. It was clean, friendly and ideally located (providing you are happy to walk 15 minutes and up a hill). I think the hotel is exceptional value for money, we really couldn’t have asked for any more.

There is genuinely nothing we didn’t like.

The property was perfect for what we wanted, lovely pool where there was always beds available. The staff were so friendly & helpful & we loved eating at the restaurant which had a good range of choice. The rooms were clean & comfortable and were cleaned each day, the view from the pool was also stunning, worth the climb up the hill for the views alone. We would definitely come back :)
