Dennis is a fantastic host, helpful and welcoming. We also loved the garden, and the bed in our room was super-comfortable. The place is also really clean, the lady who does the cleaning does a great job, so a big thanks to her too!

We got room number 6, which faces the street - and although it's just a little side street, there are motorcycles wooshing by frequently and it gets loud. So we couldn't keep the balcony door open, especially not when we were sleeping. We solved this with some earplugs but I'd suggest looking for a room that faces the garden.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at Skiathos House. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen corner, which had everything we needed. The location is perfect: just around the corner from the main street of the old town, within walking distance of pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, the port, bus stop and the city beaches. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus during hot days. A special thank you to the host - he was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay.

Great location, just next to the main street. Skiathos is amazing city. Best place where to stay. The night walks trough the city are just stunning. Walk distance from the airport. Airconditioning. Great garden for working with shadow and good internet connection. The host Denis was extremely helpful and hardworking person. Constantly available to all clients ready to help. Extremely clean accommodation. The cleaning lady was cleaning the rooms very often.

The best beaches were quite far. Renting a scooter is a must. The bathroom could have been more modern.

We had a great stay! Denis was super helpful, even when we had some health issues – he gave us advice and helped us out. The place is a bit older, but it was clean. The city center is really close, but our room faced the garden, so it was nice and quiet. We rented a car and had no problems finding parking nearby. Overall, it was a really nice stay and we were very happy with everything.

Our host was very friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find a bottle of water in the fridge, which was a relief as we had run out during our journey. Additionally, we were provided with a crib and a highchair, which were convenient. The studio was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Every window was fitted with mosquito nets, allowing us to keep them open without worry. The kitchenette was useful, making it easy for us to prepare our meals. The location was ideal, with both the town center and the beach just a few minutes' walk away. We stayed in the top-floor studio, which offered views of the town and the mountains. The lack of other guest rooms on this floor ensured our privacy, and the spacious terrace was a great. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a pleasant appearance. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

There was some noise from the town until late at night, and the door didn't effectively block sounds from the stairwell, but it wasn't a major issue for us. The terrace gets quite hot when the sun is high, which is to be expected. Adding some flowers or plants would enhance the visual appeal of the terrace. The shower was a bit small, but it was ok.

Skiathos house is the perfect accommodation if you're looking for something simple but great! Amazing position near the bus stop (stop 4) and just a couple steps from the main road where all the shops and restaurants are (+ only a 10 mins walk if you want to go to the port!!). The host was super nice and helpful, the room had everything you might need, and the staff was great (+ room was cleaned every single day). Great experience, 100% recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay in Skiathos.

Mr. Denis, the owner, was always very eager to help us with anything he could. The triple room was spacious enough and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was cleaned daily and the garbage was taken out. Every three days the towels and sheets were changed. I loved the garden and terrace! It's very close to the Megali Ammos beach, bus stop 4 and everything else you might need.

A microwave would make the place even better for families with children, to warm bottles and food.

Fantastic location close to the old town, the main shopping street, many restaurants, the main beach, and the bus stop to go to other beaches on the island. The hotel is a little old, but exceptionally clean. The host is very attentive and provides useful information and suggestions for a perfect stay in Skiathos.

Very accomodating host, was on hand to offer advice and information about the local area and couldn’t do more to make my stay enjoyable. The locality of the accommodation was very central to the town centre on a quiet side street and close to buses and all amenities.

The furnishings and fittings are very dated, however, this didn’t directly Impact on the comfort of the room.

Excellent location (about 600 meters from the Skiathos port and 600 meters from the nearest beach). A market with basic products is very close by. The homeowner was absolutely wonderful – nothing more, nothing less. He really cared about our comfort during the stay and even helped us book the ferry to our next destination when we were checking out. A place definitely worth recommending!
