Pleasantly surprised after reading the other reviews. Traditional cheap n cheerful greek pension located a few meters from the old harbour on a narrow path. Google maps will got us close but the friendly locals got us to the door. First floor twin room with ensuite and balcony. Everything clean tidy and working except the hot water which was a little like Russian roulette but when its 38c outside a cold showers not really a problem:). Was concerned that there might be noise from the nightlife but windows and shutters kept most of that out. The shutters also virtually light proofed the room, my daughter and I haven't slept so deep for so long in years. Room serviced every day which I didn't expect.

No reception. Not really a problem but it would have been nice to know in advance you'd need a phone to check in or even a little sign saying " please call on arrival "

It is a basic but lovely place in a perfectly central, however quiet location. If you visit this accommodation for the right reasons, meaning to enjoy the beautiful island and not having unnecessary high standards, then this is the perfect choice.

Niko was very nice with and helped us throughout our accomodation since we lost out ferry and urgently needed to find a hotel. We went to Skopelos and due to bad weather we had to come back a day before and Niko was there to welcome us with open arms! They do have bad reviews but no matter what he still manages to put a smile on his face as he’s so grateful of what he has. Give them a chance and help them improve!

Need a little bit of renovation but the position was literally near both centre and port

Perfect spot for budget accommodations. The room was clean, we had fresh linens and towels, travels toiletries, wifi, tv and a working mini fridge. Nice view from the balcony towards the port and the very popular bars that play loud music until late - bring earplugs! The rooms are traditional Greek pension style accommodations with minimal extras but everything you need. The mattresses are standard style for here - in other words, they are very firm. The bathroom has a handheld shower nozzle for bathing but no separate shower stall - very common use of space in Greece - just make sure to move the toilet paper and towels out of the way and you will be fine. We had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Our host was helpful and kind and we would stay here again.

No elevator - you need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs. Luckily I had my adult son with me so it wasn’t an issue for us.

A great spot. Typical Greek accommodation, our apartment needed a little bit of tidying up...

We could have done with a few more essentials, dust pan & brush. Pegs for hanging washing/towels out.. Advise owner fits hand rail for lower staircase & repairs toilet light... Flat N0:10

Fantastic central location. Virtually in the very centre of the restaurant and bar area. Host was great in allowing me a late check out as my flight was not until the evening.

Close to shops and restaurants and the man was very pleasant and polite

We only spent one night before moving to another island and this was exactly what we were looking for. Modest accomodation, in comfortable walking distance from the port. The owner was very kind and always happy to help and chat.

Nothing. Everything was as we expected.

Outstanding location. 5 minutes walk to the Port and entertainment.

Slight hot water problems. Nothing major though.

It was perfect for what I needed for one night transit between the flight and the ferry

The name change meant it was hard to find, but I was rescued by the staff so it worked out okay.
