The hotel is close to the centre, on the flat but away from the immediate main street. Taxi accessible if needed. On arriving the maid was so kind and helpful assisting me with my suitcase. Place is spotlessly clean. Lovely toiletries, towel slippers in the room. Fresh crisp decor. Great wee garden area should you wish to use it. Supermarket and Bakery 2 /3 minutes away to stock up. Luggage storage great option . Receptionist Christina is a lovely girl, very helpful, nothing was a bother

Enjoyed everything. Guess not having a lift if you struggle, but staff on hand assisted. If you advised of check in time Im sure theyd arrange help

-Decent size room -Bathroom is kinda small, but good overall (the shower cabin is small) -Comfortable, big bed -Location is very good, very close to the city center -Hotel staff was always very attentive and professional (they helped us with booking a taxi to the airport for 15 euro) - we arrived at 9 AM and were lucky enough to receive the room early as it was ready for us -Kitchenette has a stove top, sink, medium size fridge, coffee machine (some coffee pods were also provided), some kitchenware you need (plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, etc) - there was no frying pan or cleaning detergent unfortunately -There is a hair dryer in one of the closets -Enough closet space, plenty of hangers -Housekeeping was very good, we had our towels changed every other day and cleaning was every day (even in the weekend) -Room had a cute little balcony -The garden is amazing, it was one of the reasons we booked at Iris -Furniture is modern and very nice -Very good AC in the room -Breakfast is also available for extra 8 euro/person/day -Overall good value for money

-WiFi has ups and downs -Pillows were a bit soft -No elevator -TV had very few channels (all in greek), however the TV is smart so we used Youtube for some music -There is a noise coming from the fridge, which can keep you up all night -There were many mosquitos (which is normal for june), we brought our own mosquito propellant

The hotel is at a fabulous location, about 2 minutes walk from the main street, that is full of shops and restaurants; however it is far enough from the noise. The beaches are about 8-10 minutes walk away. The room was cleaned every day. We received towels, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and the tiny kitchen is enough to make some sandwiches or easy dishes. I would definitely recommend this place.

Unfortunately the walls are quite thin and some guests just don’t care about others so it was a bit hard to sleep. Would be nice to have mosquito net on the windows.

For our family of 5 we spent 6 nights here in mid July. The boutique hotel is modern, very well maintained, very clean and in a perfect location. It’s evident it’s being constantly updated and maintained. Literally just steps to the Main Street and ports for all restaurants, shopping and strolling through the beautiful lovely town. Yet far enough to be quiet. Also has private parking for its clients. This is a bonus feature because we loved visiting different beaches every day and didn’t have to worry about parking when we returned. It’s important to acknowledge the cleaning staff that worked very hard, were very kind and the hallways and rooms were always very clean. At time of booking months before we requested rooms to be side by side or at least as close as possible and also personally communicated the importance and how we can book specific rooms that would help this. Unfortunately our first night didn’t accommodate and made it initially difficult to settle in. More so because we were on different floors. It is disruptive for families but made the best of it and thankfully the room on day 2 and beyond was right next to each other and super spacious. What would make this hotel stay from great to exceptional would have been a little more personal interaction with the owner and provided us with guidance for the in and outs of the island when requested. As it’s our first time visiting, personal recommendations compared to your own research is tremendously valuable. It’s important to note that caring was demonstrated when things like the air condition unit settings and one of the coffee makers weren’t properly working were very quickly corrected. Providing daily coffee for the nespresso machine beyond just the first day would also be a nice personal touch. We would definitely and wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel and not hesitate to stay here again. Skiathos is a beautiful island and this location and hotel was perfect

Location is great , it's walking distance to the port and center itself. Around you can find supermarkets , bakeries and coffee shops. Every day without exception the room was cleaned which we value the most always! Room was really big, actually there was 2 rooms - living room with kitchen and bedroom. The girl on the reception was absolutely great , polite and smiling! The same i can say for the lady that was taking care of the garden. One "καλημερα" in the morning can make a big difference

Christina who runs the hotel was fabulous, super helpful & very friendly. Emails were answered really fast! First night I was in room 1 which was lovely, gorgeous balcony overlooking the garden, I was then moved to room 17 as it was quieter & larger (I hadn't requested a move) the room was much bigger - a suite really with a sitting/kitchen area/dining table, bedroom and large bathroom) it was very quiet. Both rooms were great, balcony in room 17 was more enclosed with no view, but that wasn't a problem. Great little hotel, would definitely stay again!

Very nice location, free parking near the hotel. Very clean, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. Very nice garden, modern design. We were allowed to check in a little bit earlier and I appreciated a lot that someone from the hotel called me to let me know when the room was ready. Very good communication.

The shower cabin was extremly small and the shower did not have that stand alone support from above, which is very important. The furniture was a little bit old and with some little problems (all the doors make terrible noise when closing them and one of the handles fell from one of the doors). There were 2 beds insteand of one double.

Iris is close to the Port and everything in Skiathos town is at a walking distance. We rented quads to be able to go around the island and a parking space was also available, super nice! Very clean and friendly environment!

We probably misread the description and thought the 2 rooms of the apartment would be a bit bigger and mostly with more privacy, but in the end we managed and had a great stay.

It was perfect! The hotel is only in a 5 minute walking distance from the port, 15 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from the main street. The lady at the reception was the kindest, she helped with everything and all the staff was always smiling and welcoming. :) Cleanliness was on top and the room was comfortable. I would definetly recommend this place and if I ever come back to Skiathos, I will stay here!
